Beautiful Fall Getaway

Gorgeous property. Very private - surrounded by water. The house was clean and had every amenity. We used the kayaks, canoe, paddle boards. Great mini vacation!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This is a great vacation house with all the amenities, including a beautiful gas fire bowl, paddle boat, kayaks, canoe, private beach, dock for fishing, floating swim dock and loads of privacy. It is a fun place for a family or couples. We enjoyed apple picking and a winery nearby. The sunsets were outstanding! Hoping to return in the summer with the grandchildren!!

Amazing family vacation

My family loved our stay at the lake house! The location is super unique, with water views on 2 sides and lots of privacy. The kids loved playing in the water at our private beach and swimming out to the raft. A major bonus was the central air in the house, which is super rare to find. We would definitely stay again!

Wonder, relaxing place

It was a wonderful week. Being on a private peninsula made for a quiet, retreat-like stay. Sandy beach, dock, and swim float made water access easy. Fun trying out all the paddle boards, paddle boats, kayaks, and canoe. Relaxing nights around the fire bowl. Cottage very comfortable with plenty of room. Definitely would come back.

Rare Waterfront Property with Excellent Privacy and Many Perks

It is rare to find a waterfront property as secluded as this one. There is a long driveway with plenty of parking; you are unlikely to bother neighbors (and vice versa). Within a 10 minute drive you have multiple restaurants, a golf course, a small grocery store, a State liquor store, and more. The house is very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The private beach has paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, and more! A short paddle to the Ossipee Lake sandbar. The owner is available and responsive. We look forward to a future stay!

Loved the privacy and water views from every window. Great deck for morning coffee and very nice assortment of kayacks, boats and paddleboards for entertainment.

Jacob was nice until I left. Then he wants to scam me

I checked in and the place was reasonably clean. I am a Marine, so I am a bit picky, but everything was wiped down and swept well enough. There was a screen door that was very torn up from the beginning, with very old duct tape holding it together that had clearly been that way for some time. This morning I got a message from the owner saying he is keeping my security deposit to fix the door, and because someone smoked in the property?? I had 3 of my very young nieces over, and there was absolutely no smoking in the property whatsoever. None Also there are very creepy cameras covering the main hang out points outside. I didn’t see any inside, but it’s still super creepy to know your private get away is being watched and recorded. Please reach back out to me ASAP to correct this scam attempt.

Lake Ossippee

House was perfect! Beautiful location with lots of privacy. Fire pit was great to sit and hang out. Used kayaks and paddle boards. Rented a pontoon boat right down the road and enjoyed the lake. Great place to stay would definitely come back. Jacob checked in via text and made sure we were settled in and didn't have any questions or problems.

Fantastic Lake Experience!!

This place was so unique, it was so much more than I expected! The owner is very well organized, answered questions immediately and was always available via phone/text. The property has everything...kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, fire bowl in the yard for night fires, central air. The house was very comfortable and everyone had enough space. Inside looks like it was recently done, tastefully so. Beautiful location on Broad Bay area of Ossipee. Will come again for sure!

Unique and private lake getaway!

Just a great spot. Private, clean, and cool. Cool as in great spot AND great A/C which is hard to find on the lake and was key for a warm week. Jacob was attentive by checking in on us, although everything was great. Quiet spot with great access to the key fun spots on the lake. We’ll be back next summer. Maybe sooner.

Great experience. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Private beach and dock were very convenient. Inside of cabin was modern and clean. On site laundry was a huge plus. Would rent again.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! So many amenities. Spent most of the time fishing, kayaking, swimming, & relaxing. The house is very well taken care of. The fire pit is awesome!! Jacob is very responsive & will to help in any way he can. Would definitely recommend to anyone & will be renting again.

Great vacation home at a great price!

All we can say, is wow! Jacob’s fast response and updates to this home has made our vacation a breeze. Can’t beat the views and best of all, the privacy! You can’t find a property like this anywhere else on this lake. The amenities made our stay much more enjoyable... the dock, the private beach, the gas firepit, not to mention a washer/dryer! Amazing Unique Property

We spent labor weekend in this house and absolutely loved it. Jacob was always a quick text away and was incredibly friendly. The newly renovated kitchen was a joy to cook in and had basically everything a cook would need. Being right on the lake was perfect for casual kayaking and drinks on the dock. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Lakehouse!

This property is the perfect getaway. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures! My friends and I had an absolute blast grilling on the deck and catching smallmouth bass from the dock. There is also an awesome sandbar across the bay where people beach their boats and play volleyball. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to vacation with friends and family!

Awesome, Secluded, Unique Property

We had a great stay in this secluded property. The location is amazing and it has everything you need right there. The private beach, dock and float were perfect for our kids and the canoe, kayaks and paddle boats were a huge hit! The newly redone interior is super up to date and very comfortable. Jacob (the owner) was super responsive and checked in on us (via text) a few times during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay at the homely cabin

Having been the first cabin I’ve experienced abroad, my expectations were surpassed! The views were spectacular, being surrounded by water on both sides with a mini beach and pedal boats to provide fun entertainment. The cabin had a very welcoming atmosphere with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and several other amenities. It’s a perfect place to visit accommodating all ages.

Cozy and comfortable! Perfect get-a-Way!

We had a wonderful time- House is clean, very comfortable with lovely updates. We loved being on the cove and having our own private beach! Being on a peninsula was neat too- water views from every window! Our kids enjoyed swimming and jumping off the floating dock, Fishing, and picking blueberries on property. A perfect get-a-way! We will be back!

A beautiful secluded get away!

Our stay at the cabin in Ossipee was great. The cabin has all of the comforts of home. We spent our day is swimming in the lake and our evenings grilling on the back deck. The firebowl is a nice touch! I will definitely be rebooking again. I bet the fall up there is beautiful.
