Lakefront home on Ossipee Lake with dock and gorgeous views

Newly renovated home on the water, perfect for families with kids! Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets on the dock, watching the loons and bald eagle family go by. Close the day at the fire pit after enjoying a day of fun in the water. New outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the front yard, and plenty of water toys for all ages to enjoy.

Minutes from Indian Mound golf course, and 40 minutes to hiking, skiing and shopping in North Conway, the Saco river and surrounding resorts. Great spot for fall getaways to enjoy the changing colors of the White Mountains and ski trips in the winter!

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, central heat and A/C, a cozy kitchen, and plenty of space for your family to spread out. Gas grill outside. New water well with filtration installed in 2022.

Our house is down a long bumpy dirt road through the woods to the waterfront. It is plowed during the winter, but not maintained like a public road. The property is not shoveled out during storms, so clearing the steps and areas where it is not plowed would be your responsibility.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all boats and paddleboards are back in the rack at the end of your stay. Paddles can be left under the canoe or placed in the shed.
All inflatables/rafts/etc should be put away and organized in the shed.
Please clean the grill with the brush before you leave and put the cover back on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No trailers (camping/boats/Ski-Dos/Jet Skis/etc) allowed at the house - there is not room to turn them around.
Maximum 4 cars parking at any time.
No fireworks! The beach next to the house is the neighbors', and not for use by renters!

If I could give more than five stars I would! The owner left zero rocks unturned. To the designated play room for the kids, to the fairly stocked kitchen and you can’t forget the incredible views - this place had it all! Our stay was all we hoped it’d be and more and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location! Lake and property were very clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. The house comfortably slept our large group of 12. My only advice is If you like to lay down and tan in the sun - there are no lounge chairs so bring your own. Would rent here again!

Traveled up to NH for some hiking and time around the bonfire and Doug's place was absolutely the perfect spot for all of these activities. Highly recommend for when you're traveling with a big group!

Amazing lakefront retreat

Perfect location for a long weekend with friends. Plenty of space, abundant water equipment and fabulous fire pit. Last house on the road so stay was very peaceful. House had all the amenities of home, very comfortable and nooks provided quiet areas for reading. Beds and bedding comfortable and plentiful. Host communications excellent - would not hesitate to rent again.

The Morrisons supplied us with a glorious home to fill with love! Doug was very responsive and even allowed us to check in a little earlier!! The cozy kitchen was supplied with all the spices and dishes needed to make dinner at home! The living room nested in between the dining table and kitchen made it perfect meeting space all, from the tweens on the phone to the bead making kiddos relaxing next to their abuelita. The ample windows allowed us to really be one with nature the entire time. As city dwellers, this was a perfect weekend escape… The private dock over looking the clear water lake and mountains was everything! We will most definitely be back! Thank you Morrisons!
