We value our guest's feedback and appreciate that you have given us the opportunity to improve our operation for future guests, and hopefully, for your return stay as well! Unfortunately, as is the case with so many businesses during these unprecedented times, the Omni Mount Washington Resort is experiencing a shortage of staff members. In order to offset this shortage they have had to make some difficult decisions in terms of what they are able to offer to the public and in general! We understand that the limited availability of dining outlets, ski lesson options and spa appointments is a challenging reality and we sympathize with your disappointment. We do hope that you and your family will return in the future to give Bretton Woods another go! We encourage you to please share this feedback with the Omni Mount Washington Resort directly. It is important for them to hear this feedback in the same way that it helps us to improve our operations when we hear from our guests! Bretton Woods, New Hampshire has so much to offer even in the summer that does not involve use of the Omni Facilities; and we hope you will visit again soon to enjoy the trails and shops in the surrounding towns. Thank you for the feedback, Alex! This group was very kind and easy to work with! At Bretton Woods Rentals we pride ourselves on fantastic service, quick response times, and clear and open communication. But I do hope to clarify these concerns for future guests, as has been stated, it is always nice to know these things in advance, and we agree! This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Most units in this area of the mountains do not have air conditioning as the high temperatures for the summer are often in the 70s at most. Also, this condo association does not allow for outdoor compressors so it is not possible to have air conditioning. We are working with the association and the owner to add this amenity. We do provide shared-use bath soap and shampoo/conditioner. To be more eco-friendly, we do not provide individual bottles for each guest's use. I apologize if these were not present, and will make sure they are replenished if need be. Finally, the cable - absolutely a problem with Alex's reservation. Bretton Woods has been experiencing issues with Internet and Television for a few weeks now and we actually had several units with similar challenges during this time period. Unfortunately there was nothing that we could do. We did go over to the unit and attempt to fix the problem ourselves, but it was a problem that had to be fixed by the cable company. We always do our best to have our vendors make repairs as efficiently as possible. Alex, we truly hope you enjoyed your stay despite these considerations. Thank you for being our guest.
