The space

Situated in the foothills of the Mayacama mountain range, just 3 miles from downtown Healdsburg, this location offers privacy while being close to all the action.

Interaction with guests

Please feel free to join us at the winery next door for wine tasting and socializing with the owner and winemaker John Viszlay and his daughter Abby of Viszlay Vineyards.

Our farmhouse on Limerick Lane offers three world-class wineries within walking distance. At the nexus of Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley you are never far from your favorite winery!

Our house was newly remodeled in 2016 turning a small 100 yr old farmhouse into this fantastic 5 bedroom/ 6 baths home. Our location is just outside of Healdsburg, 2 minutes from Hwy 101, surrounded by vineyards and next to a winery.

Perfect for nature lovers and wine tasters alike, and a great starting point for many beautiful bicycle rides/tours in the Healdsburg area. House is situated on a 10 acre property with vineyards and a seasonal creek. Enjoy quiet nights with fantastic star gazing.

This house is fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own food, such as a coffee maker, coffee grinder, cookware, toaster, etc. There are 2 living areas, one upstairs with a 82" flat screen tv and one downstairs with a 65" flat screen tv. There are 6 full bathrooms, one on each bedroom, and a full guest bath on the main floor. Each bedroom has a new Queen bed. The space can comfortably fit 10 adults and up to 2 additional people or children on the sleeper sofa.

The house is also equipped with a full cable package and WIFI.
There are some stairs to enter the house it is not wheelchair accessible.

Our house features new mattresses and bedding, every bedroom has it's own private bath. Generously sized common areas, full laundry access, full kitchen and a wrap around porch with killer views.

We plan to make improvements to landscaping in stages around the house. Fencing, olive trees and a vine covered arbor will all be added.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Kitchen was top drawer. Plenty of room for everyone, including a five-year old. Weather (atmospheric river) was a challenge but out of everyone's control. Appreciated the Christmas decorations the owner rolled out. Would definitely vacation there again.

Our party of 10 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay with John and Abby at their lovely family vineyard. The weather was beautiful so they offered to do our tasting on our porch which made it so intimate. Their wines are wonderful and the Five Vines was delicious!We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, super comfy furniture on the porches, all of the rooms with comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. Hot tub was a huge plus! Too cold when we went to use the pool but the the owner was happy to heat it for us for an extra fee if we wanted but the hot tub was the prime area we relaxed as well as the patio with the fire pit! Everything was clean and ready to enjoy. Will definitely stay again as it is a great location near a lot of wineries and downtown Healdsburg. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The perfect thanksgiving get-away

The owners were fantastic hosts, putting up with our rambunctious troop of kids playing outside from dawn to dusk alongside the vines. The home set-up is ideal for families looking for spacious common space (oversized chef’s kitchen, cozy game room, vineyard view dining room, wrap-around porch, etc.), plus ample private space (en suite bathrooms for every bedroom.

Beautiful house but unkept grounds

Our group of 10 stayed here for 3 nights. The house was beautiful and very clean inside with a nice big kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the porch area. However, we had booked the house with the intent to enjoy the beautiful pool area/backyard. The pool had algae growing everywhere and was so cloudy that it was not swim-able. The grass was mostly weeds and hadn’t been mowed for quite some time. Trash and chemicals were scattered around the entirety of the property grounds. Overall, the outdoor area has not been maintained in quite some time.

Serene Winery Stay

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and built well for a large groups. House is as pictured. The scenery surrounding the house is even more beautiful than pictured. It is truly a stunning property. Pool and hot tub are convenient to the house. Property manager is available and on site.

Healdsburg retirement/ birthday celebration

Most comfortable beds ever!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Everyone had a bed and a bathroom. It rained the entire time, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the close wineries but everything was super close to drive to. The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! We would definitely stay here again.

50th birthday trip

We absolutely had the best time I’ve had in a long time! It was such a beautiful property the host was amazing. Even let us play with their dog in the pool. Finding out that the hosts and their winery owner is from chicago and is Hungarian like my husband just made it feel like home!!! Laughing with family and friends and celebrating at this property is highly recommended!

Great Time

This is a wonderful home and just perfect for a large group. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and the areas inside the house and outside are perfect. Great porch to relax on while having a glass of wine. The owners could not be nicer and made sure our stay went well. No problem getting Ubers to take us to and from dinners in town. We will stay again.

Fantastic friend getaway!

This house is fantastic: just a short drive from downtown Healdsburg and several great tasting locations. It's also full of wonderful spaces: our party of 10 enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub, having dinner on the patio, and watching a movie on the enormous screen upstairs. Abby took excellent care of us, from a complimentary tasting from their vineyard (Viszlay), to coming over herself defrost the freezer when it got stuck on our first night. I love visiting Healdsburg, and would recommend this place to any large party looking to spend quality time together!
