This was a very comfortable home with a beautiful view, situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. And communication with the management company was seamless.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this home. Beautiful views of the Russian River and great deck! Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and beds were super comfortable. Would stay here again!

A lovely riverfront getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. The riverfront views can't be beat! It's a short drive to downtown and a great place to gather with friends.

Wonderful Vacay

This was a perfect location for our girlā€™s weekend away. Lots of nearby wine tasting, restaurants and shops. The home was perfectly clean and comfortable for the four of us. Weā€™re hoping to make this an annual destination.

Wonderful Healdsburg Get-away

Really nice place for 3 couples. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Right on the Russian River with gorgeous views. Close to Healdsburg square.

wonderful rental

we are 4 ladies who stayed here. The house was very comfortable, the beds were great, the hot tub was exactly what we wanted. The appliances worked well as did the TV. We plan to stay here again at a future date!

The river location can't be beat

We loved the porch and the private river access the most! It was so great to be on the river and enjoy the trees surrounding the deck. The big table outside was great for a group dinner. The house was clean, and when we had a problem with the coffee maker, they brought us a new one (and fresh coffee) within an hour. I'd stay again!

Lovely riverfront home

We enjoyed the comfortable home with a lovely outlook over the river. The neighborhood is quiet and our time on the river, sitting on the deck and in the hot tub was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Perfect location

We loved staying by the river at this location! It was a super close walk to a hidden beach we hadnā€™t known about. And only 10 minutes to town. The house was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. Master bedroom was beautiful. Note there are only 1.5 bathrooms, so showering was a little tight for a group of 6.

Good location on N Fitch Mtn Rd w decent river access. Master suite v spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Owners generally responsive to the few things requiring their attention or remedy.

Fantastic spot overlooking the Russian River

This spot is perfect for those who are hosting or participating at an event at the Villa Chanticleer, such as a wedding. The Villa is only a short drive away. Amenities in the home are plentiful, with a beautifully upgraded kitchen, spacious deck, and various sleeping arrangements. Getting into the nitty gritty, the sofa bed and the master bedroom are in the same room, but there is a divider in the form of a curtain, so both parties can have privacy. Parking is good for up to 3 cars (1 in front of the house, 2 in the car port) but if you have more, they can park in the triangle at the end of the road. Not too far. The downsides we're few and far between. The only real downside is the 1.5 baths. If you are planning to sleep 8, some planning might be required to make sure everyone has a shower. The hot water never ran out, though. Overall, great place to stay!

Look close

Nice but not great. The location is way out of town, it's any a couple of miles but the road is a twisty mess that takes a long time to navigate. Once there the neighborhood is a bit rough. Inside there is no seating for dinning. Just a small corner table that seats 4 and a separate counter that seats two. They claim you can sleep 8 but the fold out sofa is in one of the bedrooms. Would be ok for small kids but not a separate couple. The property management company is slow to respond and can not be reached on the weekend. On the plus side the master bedroom and deck have a great view, the place was clean and being right in the river is really nice. Overall I would recommend it for up to 6 guests that don't want to eat together.

Overall solid house

Nice house - well appointed, clean, etc. The deck is gorgeous, great furniture, great view. Hot tub definitely needs some work, a bunch of jets didn't work, but it was fine. Wasn't clear that the sofa bed and the master bedroom were pretty much the same room just separated by a curtain, so that wasn't ideal (for adults who would like a little vacation privacy from their kid!!!) and would have been helpful to know. River is very low right outside the house and up and down a ways - like ankle deep - but of course that's drought, river is low most places. No dishwasher detergent or aluminum foil, had to go buy. Cleaners showed up at 10 in the morning on our final morning, but the informational email said very clearly check-out at 11. Manager called us, pretty aggressive, at 10:05 to tell us we were supposed to be out by 10, and when I told her that she had sent us an email saying checkout at 11 and I was looking at it right now, she said the binder in the house said 10 am. ?????? I don't think I ever looked at a binder. I of course went by the email they sent. She was pretty snotty about it. Overall nice house but didn't love the unpleasantness that was their fault as we were packing up.
