Beautiful new home located on a private lane on one acre with a gorgeous pool and views of the upper harbor from the second floor. The road ends at Pocomo Point with wide sandy beaches and calm water, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, wading and swimming. One of the island's premiere locations for kite boarding. Nearby bike paths, Altar rock and the Moors bike trails; close to Wauwinet and Great Point entry. The house has 4 bedrooms plus a 5th bedroom which is a bunkroom sleeping 4, all with en suite full baths, two living rooms and a full basement with TV room. House sleeps 12. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this naturally beautiful area in Pocomo.

We had a wonderful stay at this Nantucket home. It’s tucked away in a quiet part of the island, with easy access to the stunning beaches at Great Point, Quidnet, and Sconset. Pocomo Head Beach is just a short walk away and quickly became our favorite spot for unforgettable sunsets.The house itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out - ideal for families or a group of couples traveling together. It felt both comfortable and functional, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, which made everything seamless. This is truly a fantastic place to unwind while still being convenient to the best Nantucket has to offer. We’re already looking forward to planning another trip back to this beautiful home.

An Unbelievable Vacation!

This was our family's first time ever on Nantucket and boy did we score big! This home is unbelievable and has every amenity you could want. The hosts were very gracious and helpful supplying many ideas for activities, restaurants, beaches, etc. We did not do as much biking as thought because the path is fairly far from the house and was a bit cautious in the attempt. I would definitely rent this unbelievable home again and am incredibly sad that we aren't going back this summer due to other plans. Maybe next year??!
