This place is fantastic!

We love this house! Second time staying here. Super close to Vaca Cut for easy access to the Gulf. Awesome fishing off the dock. Beautiful views. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place needs a little TLC

Big spacious house with nice pool/jacuzzi. Shuffle board was an awesome bonus especially being inside a huge garage since we unfortunately had rain the entire week but we made the most of it.

Great location, views, and proximity to everything in Key Colony Beach. Very close to sunset beach ! Has Cabanana club access. Great weather in December ! Great access to bay side or ocean side by boat. Could use some updating but overall we had plenty of room and look forward to staying here again. Miss the views already and the weather

Perfect home for couples

We had the greatest time staying at your wonderful waterfront home. 4 senior couples and one of their 30+ daughters. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was supplied with wonderful quality pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and utensils. We cooked many wonderful meals and enjoyed our time there immensely. Highly recommend!

Island Breeze property, Key Colony Beach

We had two couples and three singles in this property for one delightful week. The unit could comfortably accommodate more people. We made all our own meals using the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and we were glad we paid $150 for pool heat. We rented a 24’ boat to snorkel at Sombrero Key and to explore. It was fun to be able to pick up our group from our very own dock! We also had day trips by car to Key West. Island Breeze in Key Colony Beach was a great place to stay in the Keys!

Great house for a lot of people

This is a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. We particularly like the layout with the four bedrooms on the top floor spaced two on each side of the large family/dining area/kitchen and two bedrooms downstairs. Plenty of privacy for all. We were a group of 7 including adults, teenagers and a toddler Really appreciated 3 refrigerators too! Beautiful views right on the water. The property was very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything you would need for preparing food for your family We paid to have the pool heated and that was really worth it for our March vacation. The rental agency was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. Only negatives for us were that the floors especially need some updating (no real impact on the stay) and air conditioning. Upstairs we would have liked the air set for a lower temperature especially at night. Downstairs the unit froze and was leaking. Again quick response from property management and it was repaired. But only worked for one night and failed again. May need to be replaced. But overall would really recommend and we would stay again for sure!

Bizarre Management company and even more bizarre neighbor

Although the pool heater was either 60 or 106,( heater didnt work) the three weeks we were there were fine until the last week. The management company called us to say the neighbor complained that there were too many cars in our driveway the week before( my 4 adult professional children visited). I asked if we were loud which was hard to believe as we were usually in bed by 9 each night and they said "no, there were just a lot of cars in the driveway". Got another call the same day from the management company saying the neighbor was complaining that there was a black lab at the property. My sons small mutt (who was a hound poodle mix) was there for three days ( supposedly a pet friendly property) and was told that black labs were not liked and not allowed because they "swim". The little 13 year old mutt who happens to be black is NOT a lab, sleeps all day and doesn't swim but was I guess the issue. The management then said that I didnt pay a pet fee. I told them that I was never charged a pet fee even though I said a pet was coming and she got flustered and said "well you owe a pet fee" . The whole exchange was bizarre, the neighbor obviously has some control over the management co...who by the way whispered "she was crazy." It ruined our time there, we tiptoed around the rest of the time we were there. Stay clear of this property, its not worth the hassle.

We are sorry the neighbor reported the issue of too many people at the property. This property is pet friendly, but needs to be added when booking so the pet fee may be included. The view from this property is amazing and hopefully your family had a great time on vacation in the Keys!

This property is located in a resort with amenities and the view is worth every penny. The house seems to be going through improvements and updates but it is completely serviceable.

Very relaxing

Great location. The pool was a huge hit! House itself could use some TLC. The air conditoning worked well except for the bedrooms. Only the master suite enjoyed the cool air. Plenty of room for our party of 10.

Great house for a relaxing vacation with friends!!

We rented the house with friends (group of 9 adults.) It was very spacious with lots of room for us all to gather, but also plenty of room to have privacy. Plenty of room for food and drinks with three kitchens!! Property manager was very easy to work with, and responded quickly to our questions and needs. Would definitely rent again!!

Great location

This property was perfect for our large group there for lobstering. It was close to our spots in the Gulf and it was easy to refuel for the next day. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great house for Large number

The house and location were both outstanding...pool for those who did not want to be on boat...for those who did..easy access to both Ocean and Bay side...House is Huge and allows for large groups to be together,but yet still have some privacy if desired...Would definitely rent again!

Great property!!

This was a nice large home with space for everyone. The views are wonderful with beautiful sunrises daily and just a short walk or drive to Sunset Park in the evenings. The house was well appointed - a bit older, but very comfortable. Two washers and dryers made it easy to keep up with a large group. Nice dock and fish cleaning station. Easy access to superb fishing. Surprise ping pong table and shuffleboard in the garage. Beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely return!
