About this property

This Home is Amazing! Parking for 2 Cars (that's very RARE of in this area). The Skatepark is around the corner as well as Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Basketball Courts, etc. etc. Sit on the front deck and enjoy your coffee then at night stop by one of the several ice cream shops all within walking distance or take a walk to the Beach/Boardwalk just approx. (3) blocks away from the Amusement Piers. The home includes, Cable TV in all Bedrooms and the Living Room which includes WiFi High Speed Internet. All pots/pans/utensils and a coffee Keurig machine are all included. The home also includes 4 Beach Tags. The Asbury shops begin at 6th Street. We are Pooch friendly (for an extra small fee). Only a few weeks left, please don't hesitate inquire if you need more information!

Family gathering

Accommodations perfect for us. We love the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Well stocked with dishes, flatware. Easy access to downtown and boardwalk. Owner accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was wonderful and so was the host

Jay and his family were fantastic. Very responsive and helpful, but not overbearing. Property was neat and clean. I'll be honest, the pictures did not do the property justice... much nicer than we anticipated. We're already looking to book again for next year!

Great start to the summer season!

This was our first time in Ocean City. We found the house to be in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. And walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and we liked the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room. We also loved the porch and just hanging out relaxing. Other pluses were the off street parking and that its dog-friendly. We also got to meet the host. Jay stopped by as were getting ready to check out. He's very friendly and very easy to contact him when needed.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

This property is highly recommended, and the owner, Jay, is very friendly and great on communication! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the wide, sandy beach and the very best part of the Ocean City boardwalk where all the rides, shops, and food/treats are. Also, just blocks away are the great shops and eateries on Asbury Avenue. Just steps away across 6th Street is a grassy, well-maintained city park. The home is clean, bright, and welcoming, with off-street parking in the back of the property. Outdoor shower head and foot hose at the rear of the property, for when you get back from the beach or other shore activities. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed the open concept layout of the kitchen, dining area, living area. The charming front deck, with seating for many is just through a patio door from the living area. Plenty of windows with adjustable louvered shades in the open concept area, to let in as much natural lighting as you wish! We had our toddler with us, and the setup was perfect for a little one. Once in the door, everything in the spacious home is on one level, so no need to worry about indoor stairs. Also, access to the front deck with plenty of seating was only through a patio door from the living room, therefore once again no need to worry about steps. We rented in mid-September, after Ocean City beach tags were necessary for the season, but the house had beach tags available for when they were required (just remember to put them back!). Jay was available to answer all of our questions, and we had several since it was the first time we ever traveled with our toddler. Everything was amazing, and we look forward to renting from Jay again!!
