Great vacation

This property was great! It was nice to have access to the pool, an easy walk to the beach, and a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck and all of the windows inside. Easy drive to town but felt private and not in the middle of a crowd. We will stay again!

Perfect wedding site!

This house is exactly like the pics. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Was perfect for our small family wedding event! Loved having the beach right in front of us without having to walk very far. Will definitely book again for future family vacation!

Fantastic place to stay.

We had 13 people in our family ranging from 3-68. The house was fabulous. They had everything we need. Beach was pristine! Water great! We couldn't have picked a better place. We will be back next year! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Perfect beach house with awesome views!!

Our family loved Coco Beach House! The views from all the beach facing windows were amazing! The house was perfect for us! The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. Our Grand Cation

We gave all of our children a beach vacation for 2023 Christmas gift! We wanted to see all of our Grandchildren on the beach for the first time! It was AMAZING!! CoCo Beach house was perfect for all of us. Never felt crowded, more than enough space and equipped with everything to make our stay effortless! We were able to RELAX and we will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for having the perfect vacation spot for our family!

Beachfront, quiet area

This was our third visit to Fort Morgan and each visit has been in one of this owner's properties. The house is exactly as advertised. It is gorgeous! The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, directly on the beach and away from the crowds. The owner is always responsive and easy to work with.

Best Family Trip Ever

We loved Coco Beach house. It fit all the needs of our family and the location was perfect. This house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful location. Just walk out to the beach. It was nice having the pool for our little guys to relax in the evening before bedtime. Very well equipped and Karen was delightful to work with. Great family vacation.

Lovely Property with a fantastic view

A few of us get together annually and reminisce about our old US Navy memories. This year we picked this property on VRBO because they allowed "events". We were not disappointed, the beach front access is lovely, the property is clean and up to date. Communication with the property owner was quick. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen once again and were not reliant upon the limited restaurant choices.

Perfect setting for relaxing.

Cocoa Beach was just what we needed after an emotional year of great loss. Our family spent the entire week of Thanksgiving here. The house was huge and had EVERYTHING we needed from kitchen supplies to a deck of cards. We just can’t say enough about it. It is so serene, the views are spectacular, and the owners were great and extremely easy to work with. We would love to come back over and over again.

Beautiful home in a great location

Really like the layout of the house. Very comfortable, great views from living-kitchen area. Saw dolphins every morning around 8:30. Restaurants and shops 5 minutes away. Will definitely return. Owners are really very nice. I feel like I made some new friends.

AMAZING!

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was newly renovated, clean and simply spectacular. We had 6 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of sleeping options. Karen was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The beach is very private with soft sand, there is pool access as well. I would highly recommend this property, it is even better than advertised!

Ideal House

This is our 5th year to rent a beach home and our first year doing so in Fort Morgan. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully loaded, washer and dryer work great, plenty of towels, and tons of beach gear and toys! The views from this house are spectacular and the pictures on this listing don’t come close to showing you just how awesome the house and location are. The available pool was a great extra amenity. The owner was so quick to respond when I had questions prior to and during our trip. Nothing negative about this house!

Most relaxing, quiet beach trip ever!

This home was absolutely beautiful with the best view we've ever had from a beach house. It was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Even though we didn't have babies, I noticed it was equipped well for little ones. We loved being able to cook, eat or play games at the huge table, or sit in the great room and have a panoramic view of the ocean. We loved being able to walk right out on to the beach which was almost deserted during spring break, unlike most beaches during the same time. Even though it was located in an area without a concentration of high rise condos full of people, there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby without congested traffic. We usually stay in Watersound West in Santa Rosa Beach, but will probably change our yearly beach destination to Fort Morgan and, hopefully, to this same beach house. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing!

Coco Beach is everything you are looking for in your beach retreat and more. The pictures do not do this home justice. The views are breathtaking and the home is quite spacious. We had eight family members, five adults and three children and had more than enough space. Karen is the best host I have ever rented from. She was immediately responsive and helped me through all my questions. She went above and beyond helping us when we reached out with concerns about the possibility of two hurricanes (yes two! Laura and Marco) hitting while we were there. She was amazing and extremely supportive. The house is stocked with everything you need, from kitchen supplies, to a separate ice maker (which was awesome!), to pool and sand toys for the kids. The shared pool is wonderful and the kids played in it for hours each day. We have been going to Gulf Shores for years since I was a child and we all said this was the best experience we had. We have already booked our trip to return to Coco Beach next year!

Spectacular view! Lovely home! Huge, welcoming family, dining, kitchen area.

We couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to spend a few days here. They've thought of everything from the strategic expanse of windows overlooking the beach/Gulf to kitchen tools available to cook with and even puzzles and games. My father has Parkinson's and being directly on the beach afforded him an opportunity to be a part of everything we were doing as he sat on the large deck. My brother recently had a heart transplant. Prior to the procedure, he feared he'd never again see the ocean/beach. He loved being able to wake up each morning, head into the family area, and see the ocean even before reaching for the coffee pot! :) While we cooked most of our meals at the house, a five minute afternoon drive to rustic Sassy Bass was fun, the food good, and the coconut margarita to die for! Thank you seems inadequate but I can't say it enough to the owners for creating such a beautiful home, opening it up to our family, and allowing us to make our own beautiful memories!!

Beautiful Beach Home
