Upea kesäkoti, jossa katettu ulko- ja ruokailutila, täydellinen rentoutumiseen ja grillaamiseen perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Paljon takapihalla olevia leluja ovat pingispöytä, papulaukun heittäminen, uima-altaan lelut, jalkapalloverkot ja kalaverkot lapsille kalastettavaksi yksityiseltä laiturilta. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja 8 hengen kylpytynnyri; kannella on oleskelutila, ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu kaasugrilli, katettu ruokasali 12: lle keittiön ulkopuolella ja oleskelutila, jossa on sohvia ja kaapeli-TV. Ulkolämmittimet sekä ruokailutila että olohuone. Ylimääräinen pöytä ja tuolit ovat kellarissa perheen illallisten järjestämiseksi ulkopuolella.

Koko takapihalla on näkymä Long Beachille, ja voit nauttia parhaimmista auringonlaskuista Hamptonsissa! Erinomainen viihdyttävälle, hiljattain remontoidulle ammattikeittiölle, jossa tupla-altaat ja 2 astianpesukonetta; jääpalakone, ruokasali 12 hengelle, olohuone takalla, den, toimisto. Keskeinen sijainti, mukava kävelymatka Sag Harbor Villageen, jossa on parhaat ravintolat ja vain iso laituri Hamptonsissa. Kävele Long Beachille tai 5 minuutin ajomatka, 15 minuuttia Sag Main Beachille, 15 minuutin ajomatka etelään tai itään Hamptoniin. Ota tarjoamme polkupyöriä ja suunna rantaan tai kaupunkiin!

Ulkopannen lisäksi on 3 oleskelutilaa sisätiloissa. Olohuoneessa on takka ja täysikokoinen piano. Denissä on iso tv, Netflix, Karaoke, DVD ja foosball-pöytä. Kellarikerroksessa on myös iso TV ja vedä sohva.

Terveystietoisille talossa on Peloton-pyörä, ylimääräinen pyörä-pyörä ja elliptinen kone. Paljon joogamattoja ja käsipainoja.

Erittäin vauva / lapsiystävällinen, jossa pinnasänky, minikeittiö, syöttötuoli ja lelut ovat käytettävissä. Poolissa on moottorikotelo ja irrotettava turva-aidat. Kajakin ja kahden melontalaudan ilmainen käyttö takapihalla sijaitsevalta yksityiseltä laiturilta. Mukana kaiken kokoiset pelastusliivit.

Beautiful home & lovely stay

We had a wonderful time here as 11 adults and 4 children. The house fit us all comfortably. We loved the setting, right on the water, and found everything we needed! I'd highly recommend.

A gem in Sag Harbor

Relaxing vacation with friends. The location of this house was perfect. Close to everything. After shopping and sight seeing, came back to a beautiful, heated pool and outstanding hot tub! Quick, easy communication with host! Tons of suggestions for lunch/dinner also! Loved this place!

Great Executive Retreat

The property was a great relaxing environment where we held a retreat for our leadership team. From addressing questions about cleaning products used (allergies) to suggesting venues for dinner, Jon was a great host. The house and property were exactly as promised. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Home for Our Family / Great Stay

Visiting Jon's lovely and large Sag Harbor home with our two teenage kids and my parents. Just a great space, fully equipped with everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay, with a really nice backyard and deck, with a serene view of an inlet. Even has a Peloton. Jon was a terrific and responsive host -- answered all of our questions within a few minutes. We'll definitely be back.

Paradise Found

We have been renting houses in Southampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor for years, and this house was everyone’s favorite. My fiancé and I had family members of all ages with us: my brother and sister-in-law, our respective sons and daughters, and our grandchildren, plus our two dogs. The house, property and location offer something for everyone, whether they are looking for activity or relaxation - sunbathing on the dock, riding bikes, kayaking and paddleboarding, going to the beach, walking around town and beyond, lounging in the pool and hot tub, or reading, playing video games or working in peace and comfort inside. There are several seating areas in the house and the bedrooms are spread out so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, and the majority of the bedrooms have private baths, which is a huge plus with such a large group. Jonathan (the owner) is very friendly, informative and responsive, and has stocked the house with everything you might want during your stay, including the baby gates, Pack ‘n Play and high chair that we needed for our toddler grandson. The week that we spent in this lovely home was everything we had hoped it would be, leaving us with many, many special memories.

Couldn’t have been more perfect

We had a group of friends getting together to celebrate one friend getting married and had a total of 12 people we needed to accommodate. When I saw this listing I originally chose it because of the multiple bathrooms at the property for such a large group. I was immediately blown a way by Jon’s quick responses to any and all random questions I may have had a long the way. The check in process went as smooth as you could want and then I walked into this stunning home. I was blown away by the space right away! There is more space than even we all know what to do with and ended up having extra sleeping quarters as well! There are essentially two wings of this house and works really well for a bunch of friends or even multiple families looking to get away. Jon and I spoke the moment we arrived and he easily explained how to navigate through the home and how to work things like the thermostat, hot tub and speaker system. I just have to point out that the speaker system in this house is amazing! It boats about 12 (if I remember correctly) speakers to use inside and outside of the property and made our trip that much more fun! Everything was immaculate and everyone kept saying how comfortable the beds were. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a long time. The outdoor space was huge and includes a beautiful pool and a very large 8-person hot tub, big yard for yard games and a nice dock if you rent or have a boat. We will definitely be back soon!!!!!

Amazing

The house and amenities were fabulous for a large family. We were 13 ranging in age from 12 to 80. Jonathan, the owner was so amazing and provided so much more than we ever expected. We couldn’t find the iron at 6PM at night . I texted Jonathan at that time and by 9 PM he had a new iron delivered to the house with other items like paper towels, sponges, and other things he thought we might run out of. He even sent toothbrushes and shampoo. The linens were new and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for my children to use their computers for work. The Internet was very good. The pool and hot tub were heated to a very comfortable temperature. There were more than enough towels for everyone They were bicycles, kayaks,, paddle boards, a soccer field, and games. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, and anything you can imagine, including two dishwashers. We have rented other houses, even castles in other countries, and this was the most well equipped property we have ever encountered with a beautiful view. Jonathan was very helpful in recommending good restaurants and any other questions we had. He seem very well-connected if there was a problem getting a reservation for a charter or a restaurant. He is a special man with a beautiful property. You can’t go wrong if you rent this house. Karen D

Family Vacation

The home location was great - quiet neighborhood with privacy and a very short drive to the main street area of Sag Harbor. The view from the backyard is very beautiful and provided for amazing sunsets. Very easy to access main roads to travel about the island to other towns. The listing pictures are quite beautiful however once there, the house had slightly more "lived in" feel than the pictures suggested. There were some minor issues that we didn't expect for the price of the rental - one bathroom tub did not work for us at all/screen doors were wobbly or off track/windows without screens in some of the bedrooms/lack of outdoor cushions for the deck furniture. The gourmet kitchen was beautiful, but not as practical as we needed for a week long stay with 10 people who cooked most of our own meals - lack of cabinet space for any food you bring with so we had to store on the countertops/incomplete sets of measuring spoons & cups - this did not deter from our overall stay or enjoyment, but I mention as it we may have prepared differently for the week had we known. The fridge/freezer offered ample room for a week's worth of cold food items. There was a large number of plates, mugs, bowls, etc for use at mealtimes to cover our large party size. There were multiple counter top appliances for use. Communication with the host was very easy and he was very quick/responsive to questions/concerns during our stay (ie, the tub that did not work). The home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, shampoo/body wash/conditioner in every bathroom. Overall the home was a lovely family home that had enough space to accommodate our large party easily.

Annual Hamptons Vacation

We've rented a house in Hamptons every year and this is one of the best. The property is well maintained, clean and updated. Plenty of room for all ages. Great location. Very nice sunset views. TV's all around, including by the pool, which was great. Jon, the owner, is very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Big House, Well Appointed, Excellent Host

We were 3 families of 4 with a total of 6 adults and 6 kids. There was ample room for everyone to not feel on top of each other. The waterfront property had a great view. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Jonathan was easy to contact and quick to resolve any problems. The pool wasn't open yet in April but it looked nice. Jonathan replaced the heater for the hot tub to get it running before we arrived but we had some thermostat issues the first couple days. He had someone out to the house quickly to get it running for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
