With its sleek, minimalist "Fifty Shades of Greige" updated, uncluttered, midcentury feel, this exception property features a sit-in gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Viking stove with Bosch exhaust, SubZero refrigerator, Ice maker, Wine fridge, 2 dishwahsers, Light from southern exposure floods the living room beautifully and allows access to the pool, spa and poolhouse, and grill. This home has cental AC, fireplaces in the livingroom/diningroom and the Master suite, wireless internet connection, and 7 Roku TV s with Netflix and an 15 foot movie screen in the comfortable screening room. Sonos surrounds the house with sound in addition to Alexa Echo in each bedroom and living room.

We loved the house. We had a large party and did alot of cooking - the kitchen was top notch. Great supplies - lots of room and all appliances were excellent. All the rooms were great beds comfy towels great.

We came out to East Hampton for the week to see family and friends. A few work friends came out for a night. Doug’s house is beautiful, well designed and perfect for entertaining. Doug is also a great communicator and if you have a question he gets right back to you through vrbo messaging. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Retreat to East Hampton

The house is perfectly situated close to the center of East Hampton. It's a quick walk to the beach, but we preferred to stay in the secluded backyard with a perfect pool and hot tub. The living space was exactly as it looked in the pictures and was perfect for cooking for friends while relaxing the entire time. Everything was clean and set up perfectly to have a relaxing stay!

Beautiful Modern Home

Even better than the pictures, this house feels brand new with high ceilings on the main floor, a stunning kitchen and very modern design. The owner was helpful and accessible leading up to and during the stay. Couldn't ask for a better getaway!

What a great experience! The house Is stunning, Immaculate and with a great location close to everything! Even with our large family of 6 We could all have our own bedrooms AND Bathrooms… Our (adult) kids loved the movie room… They’re now trying to convince us to build one in our summer house lol Our host was responsive and patient with all our questions… Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Place! PERFECT

We have been so many places but this was the first time we ventured out to the Hamptons. Doug's place was fantastic, the kitchen is beyond compare - rooms spacious, pristine and well equipped. Beautiful pool and spa, and so perfectly located both close the main road but privately secluded behind it so we could easily bike to both main East Hamptons beaches. Thank you!

One of a kind!

Truly an incredible stay all around! We had the best weekend enjoying everything the property had to offer. The heated pool was perfect for when the temps dropped at night. We had a lovely dinner cooking in the amazing kitchen as well. Doug was SO responsive and helpful when we ran into any issues. Would love to come back here again!

Beautiful Open Living Space

Amazing gorgeous open kitchen, dining room and living room leading directly to pool. Common areas were wonderful. 2 Bedrooms on main area were terrific. 3 more bedrooms downstairs - all good size and great bathrooms - but wouldn't want to stay in them for longer stays. Was perfect for family wedding for a weekend.

Perfect for 2 families. Kids could ride bikes to beach and town. Adults had space to lounge. Large spacious kitchen for meals and gathering. Movie room and games were a nice plus. Lots of nice amenities throughout the house.

Perfect weekend in East Hampton

The perfect spot for a special birthday celebration with college friends. Took advantage of the beautiful and well equipped kitchen and ate in one night, went out for sushi down the street the other night. Lots of thoughtful touches like robes in the bedroom closet. Host was very responsive to questions. I hope we can return!

The house is amazing - looks just like the pictures. The host the best. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the appliances at the house, and the host was all over it. He was super kind and helpful.

I Doug am a Surgeon and Jeff is a movie producer and our son is a happy second grader and we live in NY and LA and love the New property we built which took over 4 years of planning and building. We think you will love it too and hope you rack up some amazing memories there.

Why they chose this property

This land had old old farm house that we moved into and loved for 10 years, but wasn't structurally practical. When we rebuild "Jericho Farm", entirely new, we wanted to keep the spirit and feeling of the old farm house, but with all of the modern conveniences and comforts of a house in 2018. That is what makes "Jericho Farm" such a special place with a special history.

What makes this property unique

It is close to the Ocean at Georgica but it is also close to the village. And will a game room, pool table, pool, gym, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, fireplaces and screening room, it has pretty much the perfect recipe for any group of fun travelers or your family would want.
