This home has cental AC, fireplaces in the livingroom/diningroom and the Master suite, wireless internet connection, and 7 Roku TV s with Netflix and an 15 foot movie screen in the comfortable screening room. Sonos surrounds the house with sound in addition to Alexa Echo in each bedroom and living room.

Why they chose this property

This land had old old farm house that we moved into and loved for 10 years, but wasn't structurally practical. When we rebuild "Jericho Farm", entirely new, we wanted to keep the spirit and feeling of the old farm house, but with all of the modern conveniences and comforts of a house in 2018. That is what makes "Jericho Farm" such a special place with a special history.

What makes this property unique

It is close to the Ocean at Georgica but it is also close to the village. And will a game room, pool table, pool, gym, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, fireplaces and screening room, it has pretty much the perfect recipe for any group of fun travelers or your family would want.
