Kiawah Island rentals with pool

3 things I loved about this Villa: 1) location location location. Can’t beat it. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, right next to the Sanctuary So many discounts -especially golf. Were able to do advanced tee times. Close to everything. 2) Exemplary communication with Martha. She was SO incredibly thorough. Sent us all the places to go- all the tips- she is an awesome host. Very prompt replies to inquiries. 3) We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch on the lagoon. It was such a show. Alligators, deers that come up to the porch, birds, turtles, fish - always something to view…super fun. We absolutely loved Kaiwah Island. People are friendly- and the setting is relaxing. Loved looking at the huge estates. Loved biking on the beach. Will definitely return.

We have stayed in dozens of properties in Kiawah over the last 30 years and Kiawah Elegance is an extraordinary property. From the minute you walk through the front door you feel the care that the owners have taken to create a warm, thoughtful and inviting environment for their guests. The owners' attention to detail is exceptional and the house is equipped with everything a large family needs to gather together. We intend to return again and again! Congratulations to the owners on creating a truly memorable home.

My family decided to enjoy a week in Kiawah in advance of a friend’s wedding weekend. My final decision to book this home was based on the reviews and we were 100% thrilled with every aspect of this home. Julie’s communication both in advance of and during our stay was excellent. While we were there she recommended a quiet park where we could take our grandchildren - the park was fun for the kids and was also the perfect setting for a family photo session. The home was recently remodeled and is both gorgeous and comfortable. The floor plan was perfect for our family. The arcade style golf game was a fun amenity along with the pool table and game table. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you need. The bedroom with a crib and two double beds was perfect for our grandchildren. There are additional Pack and Plays available and high chair seats so it is perfect for families with toddlers. The pool area is perfect. We all enjoyed watching the golfers on the 8th green. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had never been to Kiawah and Julie was so helpful recommending beach locations to us. We truly loved our stay at this home and since there are more golf courses to play would love to return. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Kiawah.

We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend. The house was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and we had everything we needed .

Our family, ranging in ages from 8 months to 59, stayed for a week in this beautiful home. It easily accommodated the different nuclear families with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone felt they had their own private spaces and then plenty of spaces to gather. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the living room and dining room. The saltwater pool was a huge hit and someone was always in it. A beach access is just across and down the street. The house is in a very private quiet location. The property manager was extremely nice and responsive for any questions or issues. Overall, this is an amazing house for a multi-generational beach trip. Highly recommend!!

A lovely place to relax. Clean and spacious.

There were eight of us including two children (8 and 6). The house supported all of us including our dog. The only thing I would change would be to put some towel rack/hooks in master bath near the sinks. Otherwise, perfect house.
