Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath oasis hideout. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. All bedrooms are furnished with their own smart televisions.
Our backyard is great for entertaining with a gas fire pit, newly remodeled salt water pool/spa, patio, and bbq. Lots of open space to sun bathe. The pool also has a tanning shelf with an umbrella holder if you wish to be in the shade, but stay cool ; )
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal. Dining room table looks out through the french doors for a view of the pool!

PARKING: Only 1 car per bedroom is allowed at property, including street parking. License plate numbers for each vehicle will be required at check-in.
NOISE: Be mindful of your neighbors- limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. Strict City penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
**Violation of the City ordinance can result in fines upwards of $500, and may result in immediate eviction from property without refund. Security cameras are around the perimeter of the property for the safety of our guests.

Why they chose this property
This home is close to downtown Palm Springs about a 5 to 7 minute drive. The mountain views are gorgeous! Very relaxing and comfortable home with all the necessties a home needs.
What makes this property unique
Home has a water softener, salt water pool, and solar heat for the pool. Please note that the solar for the pool works best from March to September (weather dependent)
Please note during part of the fall and winter (October through February) the pool is cold and will require the heater to stay on to keep warm. Pool heating per day is $50
