Everything was FANTASTIC!!! Greatly enjoyed the time away! Would have been nice to be able to still use the fireplace for the cold mornings (40 degrees!) but I understand you can’t control the weather!!! All in all, 5 stars!

This cabin was amazing! My husband and boys had a blast catching trout right on the river behind the cabin. They also enjoyed the hot tub a few times. The walk to town was nice and convenient. Helen is small but filled with great finds and experiences. There are also many waterfalls within a half hour of the cabin that were breath taking! Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to be on the river and close to town.

The property was clean, location was perfect. The door did not lock and we could not reach anyone to tell us how to fix this. But we did now have any trouble while the door was unlocked. Plenty of hot water!!!! Kitche was well supplied. Very comfortable. You feel like your oit of town secluded but very close to downtown Helen. It was a pretty location. Quiet neighbors. Very restful even being so close. The internet was spotty which ment the tv was spotty. But we were there for thw sweet little town.

We had a great time at River’s Edge. The cabin was cozy, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. The fire pit was a highlight—perfect for relaxing evenings by the river.The location couldn’t be better: right on the river and just minutes from downtown Helen, so it felt peaceful without being remote.The host was attentive, responsive, and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay completely stress-free.Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful cabin right on the river! We enjoyed the spacious cabin, especially the deck over the river. This was the perfect spot for a weekend of trout fishing! After fishing and exploring the town it was nice to come “home” to a relaxing hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. We’re already planning our return trip next year!

Pictures on ad were misleading, thought my husband and I would be staying in a private cabin, but our view across from the creek was a home with a bunch of junk in the yard, hot tub didn’t work, and would have been pointless to sit in the hot tub with no privacy because the neighbor was constantly walking around his yard. Bed was comfortable and the atmosphere inside was cozy, and I liked the convenience of being close to downtown Helen. Wouldn’t stay there again though, no privacy was a big factor.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful with the most comfortable furniture and beds. The back deck is amazing and have I mentioned the hot tub? I would love to stay there again!! I can’t recommend it enough!!

Peaceful stay right outside of town.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. It is located close enough to town to consider walking but far enough away to feel like you can escape the main attractions. The property is very well maintained and the communication was well-timed and easy to work with.
