It`s big enough & has everything you need that you don`t have to leave the house if you don`t want to.

Bass Lake & Oakhurst our local town are just an easy car ride away.

Our Mountain Manor is only 22 miles from Yosemite National Park and 4 miles from Bass Lake. We have beds that sleep up to 33 people.

Mountain Manor hosts a large space perfect for visitors to Yosemite or Bass Lake. It is set in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with lots of space between neighbors, you may never see another soul while you are staying in our manor. If you are venturous and the season is right, you can walk to the end of our property to sit by our stream. Or just enjoy some quiet time spent on the porch enjoying the breeze. The smell of pine trees will make you feel like your are camping, but you`ll be a whole lot more comfortable in nice soft beds. We are 5 minutes from Bass Lake, we have spent many wonderful afternoons and evenings on the lake. We have driven to Yosemite many times to enjoy the beauty of it ,and if you have the time we recommend you visit the sights. We are 15 minutes from town. The drive to town is lovely.

The base price includes 14 people. Guests 15 and above will be charged a fee of $35 per guest per night. The home can sleep, in beds 33 people which include 4 sofa sleepers and 2 pop up queen mattresses. Please note additional fee`s for a guest count of 14 and greater.**

Your group of 15 or less will have access to the entire house of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, game room, and beautiful porches.

The apartment with the sauna and 6th bedroom and 6th bathroom is available for bookings of 16 or more guests.

For groups of 16 guests or more you will need to notify me of the additional guests so we can add the additional fee since Air BnB only accounts for 16 people only on the site.

**Please note that Air bnb does not account for guests past 16 so there will be an additional fee we will charge directly by request for guests above 16 at a rate of $30 per guests per night.

Our house manager and staff live close enough that if on site interaction or help is needed we are able to do this with ease.

Our neighborhood is quiet, small, exclusive and spacious. Pine trees are every where you look. It`s located off a major road that leads from Fresno to Yosemite.

There is plenty of parking space available at our house. We have a long driveway that can hold a lot of cars and a garage and parking available out back also. We are not close to any buses or public transportation.

For bookings with 16 or more - the apartment with the sauna and 6th bedroom and 6th bathroom is included with the booking. If booking has 15 or less only the main house will be included which has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
No unauthorized parties.
No loud noises or outside activities after 10pm.
We live in the mountains and wi-fi can be spotty at times. It works most of the time, but if it goes out on you we request patience as we have to have people from town travel up to us to get things fixed.
No more guests are allowed to sleep at our home than the amount that has been approved by the host.
If you use the grills, you must clean them.
All dishes must be washed or in the dishwasher with it running before checking out.
Please put all towels in the laundry room and a load in the washer and started as you walk out the door.
No abnormal wear and tear. We expect that during your stay your group will make small messes and some small things may happen, but in general other than normal wear and tear on the home we expect to come home to our home in good condition. All garbage and food needs to be out of the house, so we don’t attract rodents. No food left on the floor. Towels should be only used for showers and baths, please don’t use towels for mud, dirt, garbage or other such things. Absolutely no smoking on our property.
If the spa has to be emptied there will be an additional fee of $200 for this mis-use of the spa. Please wash before entering and understand that when you get in fully clothed the soaps come off the clothing and cause the spa water to get foamy.
If the number of guests is 17 and under the apartment will be closed off for use. (This space includes the 2nd kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom plus sauna)
