I rent my home Built in 2015, in a safe neighborhood, in Peoria, close to Cardinals Stadium, Sun City and Sun City West, with all conveniences ie. HBO, WiFi, washer/dryer, fenced backyard, 4 bdrms ; 3 queen size beds, 1 full size and baby/children’s room with crib. Packn play also available upon request. 20 minutes from Lake Pleasant Recreation area, Westgate/Cardinals Stadium, and Outlets. Fifteen minutes from Arrowhead mall, theatres and any restaurant you can think of.Walk to Parks with kids in warm sunshine most any day . My home is
Handicapable with walk in shower, all one level, walker, shower chair, raised toilet seat, grab bar.
House has all modern conveniences, clean, master and front suite have private full bathrooms, two middle rooms share a two sink bath/shower. Home located in family friendly newer neighborhood close to parks, shopping, entertainment. Fenced private backyard, with a garden with fresh mint, fire pit, charcoal and gas grill.
There is a Community heated pool and recreation center within two blocks. Pickle ball court, bocci ball and ping pong table.
I’m a Crazy Grandmother hence my home is very kid friendly with lots of toys and activities from colors, puzzles, bath toys, books, play doh and dress up clothes.
I’ve had my challenges with various joint replacement, hence I have walkers, shower chair, raised toilet seat, canes, walking stick, and home is very handicapable friendly.
I am an avid rock hounder and have rock picks and hammers. Take day trips to Sedona two hours away or Country Western towns such as Wickenburg or Prescott 40-90 minute drives.
You will certainly enjoy a calm and relaxing neighborhood with or without children in warm sunshine.

Great Stay

The house is a short drive to grocery stores and pharmacies. The 101 loop is easy to access and therefore travel in the Phoenix area as well as nearby is not complicated. The neighborhood has some great walking paths. We’ve rented probably nine homes over the years and this one is overwhelmingly the best supplied with amenities. The outside area has ample seating with a fire pit being a plus.

Month in the Arizona sun!

Maggie, our host, was amazing! She quickly responded to any questions we had & was always accommodating. Her home is spacious, comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen, a huge TV & great patio with a lot of seating. The location is perfect, we attended Spring Training, played golf numerous times and found so many great restaurants, all were within close proximity. We would definitely stay again when finding ourselves in Peoria, AZ. I already suggested it to my niece & her family! We know they will enjoy themselves as much as we did.

Beautiful! Absolutely recommend!

This home was stunning! It was perfect for our group, and was very accommodating for all ages that were with us (from 50+ to 2 years). The beds were all very comfortable, there was a bathroom for each of us (4 rooms and 3 baths, but we didn’t need to use the 4th room), and there was plenty of space for us to have breakfast or gather and relax. The homeowner was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc very close by and easy to find. Gorgeous neighborhood, very quiet and had a beautiful community pool just down the road. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and will definitely stay again should I make my way back to Peoria!!!

Maggie thought of everything

This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath house was immaculate. Maggie had thought of everything one could possibly need or want. The communal pantry and fridge had way more than was expected. There were toys and toddler bed for our 2 1/2 year old grandson. Tour books and area things to see and do were available and so much more. I would highly recommend this property. It also ended up being only 1.2 miles from my brother which made it even more convenient for us. I can't say enough positive things. NO negatives!

Another enjoyable stay

This is the second time I've stayed at this property this year. It is perfect for a family of any ages. We have small children and there were things for them to do at the house well as the community pool which is a short walk. Maggie is great to work with so the stay feels like home more than a strange place. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again if I have the chance.

The property met or exceeded all of our needs. Great layout with a perfect location for our stay. We had plenty of room, the home was fully stocked with every thing you could wish for. We were close to our favorite restaurants, grocery store and easy access to the 101 for sight seeing. We highly recommend this property. We greatly enjoyed that it felt like a real home and not just a rental property.

Our family enjoyed everything about the house! It was big enough to gather in the kitchen and living area. Plenty of bedrooms.. I moved to Phoenix in 2012 and ask myself what took you so long? I love coming out of a store in December and it’s 70 degrees, I have little need for sweaters or jackets. I grew up in N D and am so over the cold, I moved here from Spokane, Washington to care for my brand new Grand daughter Evie who is now eight and has a brother Chase who is six. I’m a crazy obsessed Grandmother who lives for spending time with my two daughters, sons in law and of course I’m very partial to Grandchildren. I’ve had ups and downs as I believe we all have; however moving to Arizona has given me a new lease on life. I am an outdoors woman, enjoying adventuring in the beautiful Mountains. I like to rock hunt, seek out old mines, Native American ruins, Mining towns, history, there is so much to do in this state no matter what your interests are. I love to share my home and the warmth of Arizona with people desperate for warm sunshine from cold states. So come enjoy and do what makes you happy.

Why they chose this property

Granted I don’t have a pool; however the Community has a heated pool, hut tub and recreation center within two blocks. It also has a pickleball court, bocce ball, and ping pong table.
I have a comfortable patio and back yard with artificial turf. My neighborhood is quiet Within the Community there is a basketball court, volleyball, playground equipment and beautiful walking trails. Have a fire in the backyard, roast marshmallows and make s’mores, have a margarita or glass of wine and decompress watching nightly hot air balloons.
If you’re concerned about scorpions or poisonous insects, my home is sprayed by professionals monthly and I haven’t seen any scorpions on property.

What makes this property unique

I’m very equipped for children so they can entertain themselves with multitudinous toys, games, puzzles, keyboard etc. allowing you an environment to relax yourself and also have great family time, four parks, Community pool and recreation center. I have a crib, pac n play, changing area,, booster chairs, etc. I’m close to all shopping of any kind, Walmart, frys, Safeway are within ten minutes, theatres within Twenty minutes, and a plethora of restaurants. Outlet mall and Cardinals Stadium are twenty minutes from home. If you’re a hiker there’s a multitudinous number of trails in any direction, lake pleasant regional park is twenty minutes away as are the white tank mountains just to name a few areas close by. There are Mountains in every direction.
I am not convenient to Tempe or Scottsdale and I’m about Forty minutes from downtown Phoenix. If you have friends in Sun City, I’m right on border so five minutes away.
