We had a great trip! Great communication with our host. House is very spacious and super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked - we prefer to cook our own meals, and the array of spices, utensils, pans, and bakeware eat the best we’ve ever had. There are quite a few spices too. Laundry was great - soap and spray and wash available. So (anyone who reads this will) know…. There is a drip coffee maker, not a Keurig. There were plenty of filters available. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Very spacious home with comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, nice patio and pool. Neighborhood was great for safe walks. Our rating would havebeen 5 stars except for the excessive traffic noise from the nearby expressway. This was most noticeable in the master bedroom. As a light sleeper, this forced me, at times, to use one of the other bedrooms which were much quieter but the beds were found to be very firm. Lastly, the process of accessing the home could be improved by not relying on the garage keypad which failed after a few days. Fortunately there was a lockbox provided which had keys for the doors. Perhaps Bluetooth door or garage access? Tonya responded quickly to our issue and we managed just fine.

We spent our 20th anniversary enjoying this gem. Truly the chefs kiss of getaways. This home is well appointed with lots of little extras. Comfy beds and lots of space to enjoy the pool, lawn and exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Restaurants everywhere within a few minutes and the people we met were nothing short of wonderful. We will be back.

Great place for a home in the sun. We were ready for warmth and sunshine - and we found it! Great host, Tonya, was available to communicate with and the pool, ahh, it was just what we needed. Planning on going back!

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Rental!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Tonya's communication is superb, we were able to check in early, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the home is spotless, patio/pool area is amazing, quiet neighborhood, doughnuts withing walking distance, many great restaurants in the Phoenix area. This year we did a day trip up to Sedona, and that is beautiful, as well. Thank you, Tonya! :)

Great stay in Peoria

We visit Phoenix for a work project and Tonya house is was the perfect choice for us. Very close to our project site and to many other place to shop and restaurant. House was as described and was an easy check-in and out. We will choose Tonya house for our future stay here in PHX.

Great Location

The property is at a very good location. I enjoyed having the private backyard and pool. Very spacious house. Owner provided essentials. Washer and dryer a plus. The owner had good communication and made the check in and check out process a smooth one.

The house is conveniently located to several ballparks and has everything you could need. The homeowner checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and see if there was anything we needed. We would stay again!

Great Experience!

This was a first time trying to be a snowbird for my husband and myself as we are newly retired. We spent a month in this lovely home away from the cold and snow in Ohio. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. It is equipped for long stays with plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. The pool area is very inviting and we would love to return in warmer weather to be able to use it. My husband loved the nearby park and trails for running and walking. Everything was as pictured and expected and we totally enjoyed our time here. The owner was courteous, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay.

We enjoy staying here. This was our 5th time we staying here. Always feels like home. So much in the area - shopping, restaurants and other venues. Always clean. The host is easy to contact. Highly recommend.

Disappointing!

Needs reno's ie. bedroom rug warn out. Only half a garage to use ie. vehicle left on one side and no garage door opener. Noisy ie. lots of vehicle street noise Outdoor area lounge chairs warn out. No duster and floor mop has seen better days. Only two TV's hooked to cable and the other two only had local news and weather. Would not recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We rented this property to combine a work trip with a few days of vacation too. It was great. Convenient location to work and fun. Loved having a pool to relax in. The property had everything we needed. Would love to stay again sometime.

After a delayed flight by a couple of days, easy house to get to. Large kitchen and dinning area with easy access to patio and pool. The televisions next to comfy couches inside and out nice to keep up with PGA tour and hockey games. We only used to pool one day because of unseasonably chilly weather, but patio and furniture nice to sunbathe and catch up on reading. The only thing that would have been nice was something to blow up floaties and more comfortable pillows.

Everything was as listed and the homeowner kept in contact with us before we arrived. Great location in Peoria with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Plus close to some of ballparks.

Amazing house, great communication

We’ve stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years, and my husband and I agree that this might be our favorite. The house was exactly as described. All of the little extras-like the cooler bag to use, the spice drawer, and extra blankets in the closet made it really feel like home. Communication was great and I was able to ask a few small questions with a quick response. The mattress and furniture were very comfortable. The only thing we would change is we wish the pool was heated so we could have used it. Otherwise, it was an absolutely perfect stay!

Great place to stay

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this house. Of all the winter vacation homes we have rented over the last 5 years, this had to be one of the cleanest! We did our best to keep it that way. The kitchen and the house overall are well stocked and had everything we needed for our extended six-week stay. Kitchen and laundry appliances are modern, clean and nice. Living room furniture is clean and nice too. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed! We met a pleasant neighbor next door, and we always saw people waving hello as we took walks through the neighborhood. The owners were easy to engage with and made good recommendations for dining and activities. Be sure to check out the Rio Vista hiking trail along the nearby New River.

Perfect!

This property has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes, you won’t have to search for anything. House is exactly as the pictures show, very clean, excellent location, close to the 101 and tons of amenities. Owners were always a text or phone call away. Wish the weather was warmer while we were there to enjoy the pool more but outside lounging options are abundant. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Arizona Getaway!

Right off the bat, I have to say Tonya has had the greatest communication to date for our rental experiences! Check in was super smooth, the home is spacious, clean, and well decorated. We cooked some meals during our stay and the kitchen has everything you could need, and was stocked with spices/condiments, etc. which is nice. The patio and pool area were exceptional! It is a safe, quiet neighborhood to enjoy some sun. We appreciated the wonderful surroundings and well-kept backyard. You can really see the care that is put into keeping this property top notch. Thanks again for the great stay!!
