Completely renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo steps to the beach will meet all your holiday needs. A short walk to the stores and restaurants of St Armand's Circle and a short ride to downtown Sarasota.

Lido Key offers 2.5 miles of white sandy beach, two nature preserves, kayak rentals, 30 restaurants.

The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for your extended stay. The facilities include a sparkling swimming pool and gas grill. The facility includes parking and elevator access.

Minimum 30 day rental required during the off season and 90 day rental during season.
