We are the proud owners of #802 Wellington. We are delighted to offer our condo for your family to enjoy! The unit was totally renovated in 2018, with new flooring throughout, new furniture, flat screen smart TVs in every room, and much more. In 2022 the master bathroom was renovated with a walk-in shower. And the kitchen was nicely updated with new granite countertops and tile. Last year we added ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We also also added a new coffee bar with an extra beverage refrigerator, which is very handy for all your drinks.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your time here and that your stay here exceeds your expectations. We provide most everything you will need. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, icemaker in frig. There is a Keurig and also a regular 12-cup coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster and all dishes, glasses, and cookware you'd ever need.

3 spacious bedrooms. King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. All the mattresses are nearly new and very comfy! All three bedrooms have wall mounted flat Smart TVs. High-speed internet Wi-Fi. Linens and towels provided.

We also provide you with a supply of beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. So you don't have to worry about bringing them!

The balcony view is breathtaking. It is glorious and so relaxing. Access from the living room and also from the master bedroom.

The Wellington has one of the best locations in North Myrtle Beach. In the terrific Ocean Drive "O.D." section of North Myrtle Beach, just ten blocks from Main St. The building is relatively small, with just 28 units. Better yet, most of the other buildings neighboring us are even smaller. This means you enjoy this spectacular beach without fighting the crowds you would find at the larger resort complexes.

Linens include sheets with the beds already made before you arrive, plus ample bathroom towels and kitchen linens. Departure cleaning included.
