Nicely furnished and equipped!I appreciated the information about the beach rules provided so that I didn’t pack items that would not be able to be used. Second year staying here and have already booked 2026! Your place is so clean. We didn’t worry about our grandson crawling around or playing on the floor. It was nice for every couple to have their own bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

50th Anniversary celebration

What a wonderful, clean, updated and great location to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary for 2 weeks. Our daughter and her 4 little children came for 3 nights and 3 days and to see their delight on the beach was wonderful. We loved the place so much we made reservations for next summer for 2 weeks before we left !! Emily is a great Host and easy to talk to and communicatewith. You won’t regret making a reservation here.

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean. We loved all the space and the comfortable touches in the home. We had 4 adults and a 17-year old and had plenty of space. We LOVED that each bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal for all of us. The beds were super comfortable, especially the master king bed. The balcony was just amazing and at times you felt like you could reach out and grab the ocean.The parking was simple and we were within a 20 minute drive from everything you would need as far as restaurants, groceries, entertainment.The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was breathtaking!We had never been to North Myrtle Beach and would highly recommend it. It was less crowded and had a small beach town feel. We would highly recommend this condo!

We have stayed in this condo bldg multiple times and really like it. We enjoy the lazy river a lot and appreciate the option of an indoor pool in inclement weather, and bring so close to the beach. Two reserved parking spaces are a plus, giving us plenty of room to park our one vehicle. This unit was fabulous; the pictures are accurate and yet it looks better inside than the pictures can show. Extras like 3 ceiling fans, plenty of throw pillows, area rugs, and very comfy furniture gives it a homey feeling often missing in beach condos. Large tv in the living room made for family movie nights and there’s plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals; in-unit washer is huge (but noisy) and made it easy to do laundry. There’s even a handheld shower head option in master bath and double trash cans in pull-out cabinet in the kitchen. Owner has left multiple notes through the unit to help renters in caring properly for their home. Christine, the cleaner, did an absolute fantastic job; the place was uber spotless!!! Keyless entry made coming and going a breeze.If this unit is available for your dates, snag it now! Unfortunately, ours are already blocked off for 2026 or we would be book again.

Our family are the original owners of this relaxing beach front condo. We have spent many great family vacations here and hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we have.

We come from a small Western Pennsylvania town called Springdale. We have always had a love of the beach and giving back to the community. The whole family has been involved with Make-A-Wish foundation for over 25 years and have been involved in over 220 wishes.

Both men and women in our family have been volunteer firefighters for over 30 years. Emily is the oldest active firefighter in her department. Stan and Emily are also ambassadors for the flight 93 crash site.

This condo is decorated and maintained as our home away from home unlike most cookie cutter rentals. It is located in the award winning Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is a quiet family oriented section but just a short distance to all the activities, restaurants and attractions.
