Very clean, comfortable, convenient

This place is super clean and welcoming. I felt very comfortable, and the owner is very quick to respond to communications. The location couldn't be better. All kinds of things are within walking distance - coffee shops, restaurants, convenience store, etc., including City Park with the best view of the city skyline in all of Denver!

Great space and location in Denver

The apartment has everything you need. Location is great. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops walkable. Easy access to downtown. Jim was very responsive when needed. The unit is now equipped with a brand new A/C unit.

Highly Recommended - Great Location and Ammenities

Location, location and location! This adorable loft is located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to City Park, Starbucks and many wonderful restaurants! We stayed for two months and thoroughly enjoyed the Denver city life.

Jim Loftus, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with; Jim replaced the mattress and couch during out stay since the others were plume worn out. The loft is very clean, stocked with everything you need to live comfortably. The TV is 32inch with Direct TV and has a great Internet connection. We also had our two dogs with us, there is plenty of grass for them to do their business and it was pretty safe taking them out when it was dark.

The only negative is the fire alarm, its very sensitive and went off five times during our stay. There is a communal washer and dryer on each floor and costs $ so bring lots of quarters. We would stay in this loft again! Denver is a fun and lovely city!

Home Sweet Home

My husband and I stayed for 3 months and wished we could have stayed for 3 more. The condo was very quiet, never hearing any noise from the hallway or other units, updated and very clean. It had plenty of storage place, was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the internet and cable worked great. We even had our own parking space directly outside the front door of the building. The location is only a block from 17th, "restaurant row" and we enjoyed walking the entire area with our dog. The owner is kind and great to work with. Can't wait to return!

good for single or business travelers

A good place for single, very close to city park, restaurants, etc. Jim is very accommodated. A bit noisy sometime because it closes to hospital, but it is safe. The studio has everything you need, just bring your personal belonging.
