We loved staying at this well laid out, cozy house! The location was perfect for us, and having a yard for our dog was so helpful. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we will definitely stay there again!

This house is beautiful and the hosts are so kind. We really enjoyed our time, we were able to walk to so many fun spots and cafes and come back to chill in the hot tub. It was a wonderful get away and the entire house is just gorgeous!

Daughter's Wedding

This property couldn't have been more ideal. The location was close to the wedding venue but also close to SO many features we enjoyed. We were able to walk each day at the beautiful and huge city park, to walk to several restaurants and sleep in a quiet and charming historic neighborhood.We hope to get back there soon!

My friend and I took our kids to Denver for the week and had the best stay. The house was truly lovely, with a great kitchen and every amenity. It was an excellent location, walkable to coffee and a park. Would definitely stay here again.

House was lovely, just as described. Unfortunately the front door was in disrepair and we had to reinforce the tape a few times. Also the 3rd story antique windows in the primary bedroom opened by themselves. AC was relatively drafty, but we were prepared for varied weather being in Denver anyway. The hot tub was nice but didn’t stay hot enough. Was nice and clean though! The sheets were wonderfully crisp and cool, but the towels were a disappointment. The steam shower was really lovely and the heated floor was a nice luxury. We all loved the porch swing and the hidden TV in the living room. Overall I would definitely return and stay here again.

We loved everything about this house! The neighborhood is very walkable, the porch is great for people, squirrel & bird watching. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fireplaces were warm and inviting. The primary bath provided us with much needed floor heat and a glorious steam shower! Wed book this house again in a minute the next time we plan a trip to Denver.

Beautiful House, Great Location!

This house has been very nicely redone and has a great sized backyard. The location is close to everything you could want or need. The next door neighbor was super friendly and even saved us from getting a street cleaning ticket ;). Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This house was a perfect location to base ourselves for visiting family in Colorado. The hose a great with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for sitting. The host was very helpful and responded immediately when contacted. Will definitely return to this house

Our stay was SO awesome. The house is beautiful and every inch is perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The outdoor areas are beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the front porch watching the dog walkers go by. The backyard is fantastic for an evening cocktail and meal and the hot tub a bonus!The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed including a Nespresso which made everyone in our group happy! There were nice little toiletry amenities which were a nice touch.Communication with the host was a breeze and she was quick to respond and appreciated her!The neighborhood itself is super cute with old restored million + dollar houses on both sides, very safe. We had a few cute cafes within a very short walk. We definitely would love to stay here again.

Beautiful House & Location

My parents and I felt right at home inside this home. The back patio was so fun to sit and lounge in, having a gas firepit was nice when it cooled off, as was the hot tub. The grill had plenty of propane to grill most of the days. Was so nice having the house be stocked with toiletries and it gave off a spa-like-feeling in the bathrooms. Will absolutely want to rent this location again, it come with super friendly neighbors as well.

House was nice, clean and had all the necessities for a long weekend stay. We realized late at night that there was no hot water. I texted our contact at 6:15am and heard a response back after I called the number. We were instructed on where the hot water heater was located (locked basement) and where to find the circuit breakers. Luckily we had someone with us that had some mechanical knowhow to get it working and I'm sure if we didn't someone would have been dispatched. It's an older home but nicely kept. One odd thing was for the two additional bedroom guests...all towels were kept in the Master Bedroom armoire....we had to go on the hunt. Towels could use a refresh as they looked a bit old. Beds were super comfortable. I do feel when you spend quite a bit of money on a property that boasts its front and back yard (which are nice!) they would have the cleaners wipe down the outdoor table and chairs. We didn't use the jacuzzi, it looked a tint green. The neighborhood and location was most definitely the major highlight.

Home away from Home

Great place to stay while we were attending a baby shower. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked--the best I've ever stayed in. I would have loved to be able to take advantage of the outside facilities but no time and it was too cold. Three outdoor seating arrangements: a deck with a grill and hot tub with seating; one with a firepit and seating, and another with lighting and seating. The bedrooms were comfortable and the steam shower was a plus! The only thing I would recommend would be to change out the towels and washcloths which in my estimation were not absorbent and useless. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying and would stay there again.

The property itself - inside and out - was perfect. The porch was a favorite, and the interior was well done and clean. No Ikea furniture in this property where you think things might break as you use them - the furnishings were nice and simple. Location was A A few minor issues - we had asked ahead of time if we could check in early (we were coming in to town with a 10-month-old). They said we'll talk morning of to determine where the cleaning was. I messaged 4 times (2.5 hours apart) as we waited, hoping to check in early with no response. I finally got a response an hour before check-in letting us know it would likely be right at check-in time that it would be available. Had they just told us that from the get-go, we could have made other accommodations. The host was very responsive the rest of the trip. Were no kitchen towels to be found? Within the hour, they were delivered from Target. A family member left some clothes in a closet but the next guest had already checked in - once they were out (6 days later), no clothes were found. It was frustrating, and we wished a more timely check from the host could have saved the clothes from being taken. All in all - the property is beatiful, great location and our stay overall was great. The management has a few areas of improvement.
