Come relax in our chalet style 3-bedroom cottage nestled in the pines of the resort village of Crystal Mountain! This cottage is located on the Betsy Valley golf course hole #10, and within walking distance to the lodge, spa and ski hills. Providing 3 full bedrooms with a vanity/sink in each room, and 2 full baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV and wood burner. There is also a large deck in the rear overlooking the golf course, a firepit and adirondack chairs. Charcoal grill on the patio. Crystal Mountain Resort offers 36 holes of golf, 5 ski hills, 26 miles of x country ski trails. There is an indoor swimming pool & hot tub, and outdoor mini water park and outdoor hot tub, a workout facility and luxury spa located in the village. The resort also offers an Alpine Slide, bicycle rentals with miles of trails. There is an obstacle course and zip line near the water park. The Betsy River is just outside the resort for fishing and kayaking fun. Lake Michigan and Crystal Lake are a short drive away to beaches and boating fun, as well. Cottage is privately owned and managed.

A great weekend away with family and friends. Home is very clean, beds are comfortable, and all necessities are readily available. Crystal Mountain Chalet

This is a great place for a family stay! The property owner is very helpful, made our check in and out easy and is quick to respond to any questions! The home is very clean and comfortable and conveniently located in the resort community. The golf course is beautiful and the resort staff is very friendly. I will recommend this location for summer and winter vacations.

Amazing house

We absolutely loved our time at the Stay-N-Play. There were several bonus items such as spices and condiments as well as extra blankets. The front light was quickly fixed when we mentioned it to the owner. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub but this was only available down the road and for a fee. We would definitely come back here again.

Great Weekend

The weather has very warm for Northern Michigan and the 2 air conditioning units kept the place comfortable. Unit has everything you need and deck is a great place to watch golfers.

Property was very clean and smell-free. Nice space for a family of 6. Every bedroom has a sink which was great. It got warms a few days but there is a AC unit on both floors to keep it cool. Overall excellent experience.

It’s clean but it’s retro. Really retro. Maybe by design. 30 year old coffee pot and toaster. They work so no complaints. Nice recliner but the plug to recline it was removed. Old couch, but again, good enough. We were there to ski and as a place to lay your head it’s great. Clean and cozy. Would stay again.

This home has always been a family owned cottage, only used by family members and has been well taken care of over the last many years. We do not use the home as much any more and want to share it with people who are activity oriented and will appreciate the home and resort.

Why they chose this property

We are directly on hole #10 and a short walk to the lodge! We have a beautiful view of the golf course, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Crystal Mountain Resort is a great place to spend time with the family enjoying all the great activities the resort has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This home was styled and built with loads of character meant for a cottage. Tongue & groove ceilings and beams give the cottage a very cozy feel! The style fits well within the natural forest area of the resort, golf course and northern Michigan! The pines were planted by the national guard in 1959, this is why they are all in perfect rows.
