Stayed here for my buddy’s bachelor party and it was a great place. Cabin was clean, had plenty of room, and being out in the woods made it even better. Everything was just like the listing said. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to have fun deep in the woods. Creek was so much fun for the kids & we had a fire every night. We had all the kitchen equipment we needed to make our meals.

We were slightly disappointed the dock was gone as we had someone with bad knees and couldn't get in the river. But otherwise it was a wonderful place to spend family time. Everything else was exactly as described.

We had a great stay. The home was warm inviting and a great location for skiing at Crystal Mountain as well as fun for family game nights!! It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

Excellent family vacation spot

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It is a very quiet location with great river access, we had fun kayaking on the Betsie River right to the dock on location. There was plenty of room for us, and everything was clean and in good shape. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend at Crystal Mountain Secluded and quiet - on the River and in the trees Spacious and clean Off the beaten path but snow plow came regularly Communication was excellent

It was the perfect cozy cabin for our trip, we especially enjoyed using the fire pit and the beautiful views of the River. About a 40 min drive to Downtown Traverse City. Overall great experience!

Overall the property was great. The good- the house was pleasant and well furnished and cozy. The property was nice and quiet and peaceful. Nice firepit, cornhole boards, and chairs for all.The not so good - No one wanted to use the loft upstairs because there were dead ants all over the carpeting, and the bed is a mattress just on the floor.The dock to the river led to a pretty overgrown bank, so fishing off of it would have been a challenge. If you are going to fish, plan to be in the river.

Friends summer vacation

Property was well maintained and stocked with every item you could possibly imagine. Tranquil location and perfect site to reach local areas of interest. Outside deck and fire pit areas were used to create many new memories.

This place was perfect for our girls trip! Secluded, well stocked and clean. Loved the fire pit and the little group of turkeys that make their home here. Lunch at the quaint Cherry Hut followed by their award winning cherry pie. We traveled to Mission Point Lighthouse then spent time walking in Traverse City, the cherry capital of the world. Highly recommend a stop in to Cherry Republic. Everything cherry with sampling tables galore. Dinner at Sleder’s Family Tavern opened in 1882! Visited Mari Vineyard one of the many area wineries that had a fantastic view. Found some small Leland Blue Stones at Van’s Beach and meandered through Historic Fishtown. Rode the Alpine Slide at Crystal Mountain which was a blast. Our final jaunt was the town of Frankfort. Local homemade ice cream at Moomer’s, wonderful time spent at Korner Gems chatting with the super cool owners. So many things to do in the area! This cabin is an exceptional rental with top notch hospitality!

Private Cabin

Great location close to Crystal Mountain. This has been our second year staying here and have not been disappointed. Each time we come back there are improvements to the cabin. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private home away from home.
