Welcome to your home away from home in North Phoenix! Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ideal for business travelers, families, or small groups.

Enjoy unbeatable convenience — the home is just minutes from three major highways (I-17, Loop 101, and SR-51), offering quick and easy access to all corners of the Greater Phoenix area, including downtown, Scottsdale, and nearby hiking trails.

Inside, the 1,600 sq/ft layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for couples or parents with a child. The three additional bedrooms each offer twin beds, providing flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements for families, friends, or colleagues. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest use and will remain inaccessible during your stay. Driveway and street parking are available.

The property is spacious and very well maintained . Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are modern and ver clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. I love the location; an easy walk to Lookout Mountain and quick drive to stores and restaurants.

Brent’s house was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. The location was perfect, centrally located near food, golf courses, and the Waste Management Tournament. We had a group of 8 and everyone was able to have their own bed, which was a huge plus. Brent was very friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Brent was a great host. Each room had HD TV which is what everyone staying with us was looking forward to. The weather was awesome. We had an issue with the TV in the living room, Brent was gracious enough to stop by and fix it. If you have a large family or lots of guest, this is the place for you, the neighborhood is quiet. In less than a week we got our damage deposit refunded to us.
