Very nice home! comfortable beds, great place to relax by the pool, close to lots of activities, including spring training. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful home and everything was great. We had to contact Mark for a few things and he was very responsive; nice guy. If we are back in Phoenix, we hope this place is available. Close to food, shopping and like 5 min to expressway but a very quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan was nice, loved the black out blinds, fully stocked real kitchen, and that back yard is just amazing at night.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was as advertised and accommodating. The nieghborhood is quiet and has lot of stores within a short driving distance. The only thing I wish I'd known and will note for future guests is that the hot tub is the same heated temperature as the pool (80-90F), meaning it's not a typical hot tub temperature (100F). That being said, the pool with the added heated option was wonderful and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in PHX!

Pool was a good size and a hit with the kids, as well as the ping pong table! Nice quiet neighborhood but also close to the things we needed. Mark was a very responsive host and would definitely stay here again if we return to PHX.

Beautiful Family Getaway

The property was awesome, just like the pictures! The host provided games upon games. Our family of four we're able to spend fun quality time together, get in the pool, and explore nearby stores and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing property and management!

My son and I traveled to AZ for a week long baseball tournament, and this house was perfect! Very clean with all the amenities you could ask for! Property management was responsive and professional. Great location, close to everything we needed. We plan to stay there next time our family travels to the Phoenix area! 100% exceptional experience!

House was clean, well stocked and owner was quick to respond with any questions. Pool services came by twice and cleaned the pool during our 10 day. Mark was a great host would highly recommend

Great house especially with teens

This house is a great location. Try the Mexican restaurant Valle Luna near here :) close to grocery and getting on freeway. Rooms are spacious. The backyard is worth the rental. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it the entire weekend even with temps 50-60 degrees outside. Owner responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Wow

First and foremost, the property was in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is definitely well maintained and is very spacious. Our decision was staying here or a hotel, we are so so so glad we chose this property. The pool area is so well kept and is very relaxing atmosphere. The kids were never bored because of the tons of games, tv with video games and each of the kids had their own room. I can without a doubt say, stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Nice Stay

I booked this property to enjoy time with my family since we had not been able to take a vacation this year. We were notified 1 week before our stay that in order to heat the spa and pool it would be an additional charge. And depending what temperature thewould go up another $5 for every 5 degrees.

Work and family vaca

Mark was great and very responsive, the batteries went out in the AC thermostat and he came over to fix them withon 30 minutes. The house was clean. My dislike was the thermostat that kept going back up to 77. I need it cooler when I sleep and i would have to get up and adjust. Beautiful home.

Great place to stay!!

We wanted to be close to family so we picked this place. The pool area was awesome, nice and big and heated. The lay out of the house was perfect with plenty of room. All the choices for games was a huge win for our kids. The only part was it needed some upkeeping around the place. Could be a little cleaner in the bathrooms. Had to fix a few things on our own which is fine I’m handy. We stayed a week and by the end, the pool started to get cloudy but I would stay here again! Very pleasant stay. Owner was very receptive and responded quickly. Was able to use the garage with an opener…Overall 4 stars.

Mark was responsive to work with the house appearance wise was beautiful but we found out as time went by multiple issues. Hallway toilet did not work,ac filter was filthy and had not been changed in a long long time cover was hanging and half secured,pool towels had been put away rolled up wet,dryer was chimming upon entering the house i had to unplug from the wall to reset,Key pad on the wall showed low battery i was told to ignore.The toilet and ac filter were the biggest issues obviously my son has allergies so he spent 1 night and had to go back to his dorm my wife was using a large pot to fill the toilet tank.The house is very nice just needs some TLCGlenn

Lovely place!

We came to Phoenix for our son’s wedding and this home was in a perfect location between the venue & the church. The furniture and decor were relaxing and stylish and we enjoyed the pool and other amenities, as well. Check-in/out was easy and security systems made us feel safe. And the neighborhood is quiet & beautiful. It was also a bonus to have a full-sized ironing board, steam iron & steamer to use! However, the home is not quite as pristine as I had expected or hoped. Several things were damaged or in need of replacement or repair. Nothing that ruined our stay (& I won’t list everything here), but for the price, the strict rules enforced & 10/10 reviews that were posted, I was a little disappointed. As per the property management company, I took pictures of everything I saw so as not to be charged for any damages & would recommend others do the same. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay & we enjoyed our time here.

Overall this was a very nice and enjoyable property. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and spent an entire day in it and several evenings. It was clean, well maintained, and a great temperature. Everything was pretty clean. We ran into an issue with the washing machine and wrecked some of our clothes, but we're able to clean it out and make it usable again. Lamps in the master bedroom would be a nice addition. The house is in what seems like a nice neighborhood which was very quiet and felt safe. Overall, the house suited us very well and we'll look to rent again when we're in the area.

The host was responsive but the home and pool were not clean. The pool was cloudy, the spa had sand in it and the last 3 days the pool had algae. The spa only heats to temperature of the pool. You have to read every area of information to get the full details on the pool.The master bath had some black mold and our friends cleaned their sheets because they seemed dirty. Trash behind dresser, lopsided pool table and dirty floor in corners and baseboards.It was a good location and has potential to be a great staycation.We will not be returning or recommending this place to friends

We specifically rented this house for the pool and hot tub. We got there and it was filled with sand and rocks and was freezing. After having to do a lot of work ourselves, the host came by to vacuum some of it up and turn on the heater, but we had to clean it more when he left and neither the pool nor hot tub ever warmed up. The house was usable overall, and the host was attentive and responsive, but the pool situation was frustrating.
