This 2 bedroom condominium is located at the exclusive Whiteface Club and Resort, a country club on Lake Placid with a newly renovated 18 hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, a full service marina, 2 seasonal restaurants (one on the water, one on the golf course) and a Nordic center in the winter months).
Newly decorated in Adirondack rustic style.
Free Internet and ROKU media streaming device with big screen TV.
This Brookhill condo. is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living room, a wood burning fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms (Master BR with King & 2nd bedroom with Queen & 2 Bunk Beds),
and 2 full baths (1 w/ whirlpool tub).
This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Outside patio and lawn overlook Lake Placid and Whiteface mountain. Nearby Lake Placid Village, offering great shopping and fine dining.
Nearby Whiteface Ski Resort, home of the 1980 Winter Olympics. Kayaking and boat rental available. Landscaped beach for swimming (free beach passes for 5, extra beach passes for $70 per person per week).

Great spot to explore the Adirondacks. Property was great. Great time of year for hiking. Hit or miss for activities and eateries (Moose Lodge was closed as was marina so no kayaking from the prpoerty).

Lake Placid

The condo was better than the photos. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Soothing Mountain decor. Great bathtub. Wonderful soaps. An abundance of bath towels. And to top it all off—a quality full size washer and dryer. This will be our go to Lake Placid vacation rental.

Adirondack visit

We had a great stay at the condo. It was a great space for our family. Very clean and well stocked. The covered porch was nice for being outside on a rainy day. We loved that we could easily walk to the waterfront on a trail right outside the condo.

Location!

Whiteface club and resort is a lalefront community in a great location with fantastic amenities. Condo was as advertised. No suprises.

Excellent stay

The property was just as it was listed. Jim answered all questions in a very timely manner and was great to deal with. If and when we are back in the Lake Placid area, we will stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay with absolutely no issue. Jim was great and responded to all our needs immediately. The condo was great - very clean and plenty of supplies. Just a suggestion: the dinning table is not in good shape but okay. I suggest replacing it. Entrance closets squeaks but working well. A little repair work will stop the squeaks. Your guests will appreciate it. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely recommend it to our friends.

Condo was very nice just had trouble with 2 car parking and was unclear about the beach passes where to get them and was the passes for the public beach in town

Beautiful Whiteface Mt

We stayed in Lake Placid for a wedding - but we want to return! This property was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided and there was plenty of room. It was a bit warm the days we stayed but with the windows open and fans going at night we slept comfortably! We will return!

Fantastic location

Quiet, convenient location with beautiful views of Whiteface. Skiing right out the door. Well equipped, beautifully decorated. Small improvement might to add hooks and towel bars in the bathrooms. Highly recommend.
