Cottage Violet #3 (ADA Approved Handicapped)

We welcome you to stay in one of our new boutique cottages that were constructed in the 1920's Craftsman style. A style that was so evident in early Solvang homes. The style, quality workmanship, and being beautifully appointed with antiques from the Santa Ynez Valley makes the cottages distinctive and one of a kind. There are 4 cottages--each with a private porch or patio, fully equipped kitchen, queen sofa bed in living area, tiled shower, and granite countertops. Two of the cottages are wheelchair accessible and one cottage meets ADA standards. Located in the quaint town of Solvang and within walking distance of many eateries, wine tasting rooms, bakeries, and boutiques makes staying at the cottages convenient and carefree. Golf, horseback riding, hiking, and biking are just minutes away. Our parking is private and easy to access enabling one to easily visit the Santa Ynez Valley, known for its pastural scenes and world renown wine tasting.

In the heart of town. Parking was very convenient. All the amenities were great. The VRBO app did not allow us to check in, but luckily, the property management phone number was on a sign in front of the property.

Absolutely Lovely

5 STARS! Easy to find, easy parking. Great location, walkable to/through town. Cute and comfortable cottage and the grounds are so pretty. The host was so kind to leave a delicious pastry from a local bakery, and the unit was well stocked with all of the essentials. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Solvang Cottage

Great stay at a charming cottage just off the main drag in downtown Solvang. Walking distance to everything yet the cottages are set back from the street far enough so you don't hear any street noise. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. Highly recommend.

The cottage was super cute and clean. It is located in a perfect location. It was close to the shops and restaurants. The host was kind and left a note with a dessert in the fridge. I loved the little notes on how to use appliances. It was all well thought out. Our stay was perfect! We will be returning in the future.

Fabulous ADA Solvang Cottage!

They thought of everything! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome note, giving us some information about our location and the town, and a fabulous Danish pastry. All of the regular items were provided-a very clean cottage, nice towels, dishware, nice sheets on the bed, but they also provided some nice "extras"-coffee in the cupboard, bottles of water in the fridge, a candy dish filled with chocolate, paper plates (in case we took advantage of the outdoor table), and games. The cottage is handicapped accessible-walk-in shower, handrail bars in the bathroom, a couple of chairs in the living room with arms (for those like our aunt who get around with a walker), open space in both the living room and bedroom to allow for a walker or wheelchair. The cottage is steps from the downtown shops, which allowed us to rent a wheelchair from the nearby bike rental place and get our aunt into several of the shops. We were very thankful that we found this place! We don't think there could possibly be a better place to stay in Solvang!

This little cottage was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to stay in the middle of Solvang, so we could walk to all the places we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
