Welcome to Surprise!

This incredible home features three outdoor living spaces to dine, relax, and soak up the hot Arizona sunshine. With almost 2000 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, you and your favorite crew can enjoy the peaceful accommodations in this exclusive golf community.

Upon entry, you will feel welcomed by the cool tile floors and traditional furnishings throughout. The open-concept floor plan allows everyone to gather in the family room, kitchen, or dining room. The sofa in the family room is a queen size sleeper sofa and can sleep an additional two guests. There is also a Queen Murphy bed in the office, allowing two more guests to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom and guest room feature king-sized beds.

Surprise is an incredible spot for adults looking to enjoy an active vacation in the sunny city. Golf courses are aplenty, including four in the neighborhood alone, along with tennis courts and swimming pools. For sports enthusiasts, Surprise Stadium is home to the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers spring training camps. When you simply want to enjoy a nice meal and some shopping, head to the loved Westgate Entertainment District, where you will find that and more! Some more restaurants are also located on-site within the community.

Home was beautiful, scenery was fantastic. A great golf resort on premisses. AZ had hot days during our stay so we didn’t explore the course but the scenery was great. Host was fantastic and responded quickly. Always a plus for being able to have our fur children enjoy the stay.

Awesome Property

We like to hike, bike, walk and golf. This is a great location to be able to do all these outdoor activities. The front patio is a great place to eat breakfast and lunch and say hi to all the friendly neighbors. The fire table on the back patio was a very nice feature to sit by and enjoy the spectacular sunsets and cool evenings with friends. The kitchen has everything you need to make fabulous meals and master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. Deanna is a 5 star host. Looking forward to spending more time here.

I just cannot rave enough about how much I enjoyed this VRBO. It was perfect for my stay and my guests that visited. The best about this VRBO was having two patios, one for morning sun (coffee) and one for afternoon sun (happy hour). I hope to return to this VRBO for many years to come. Deanna is a 5-star host!

We stayed here while we were looking for a house to buy in the area. The house has everything you need and was clean. Location is quiet and relaxing but still close to restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the golf coarse from the backyard and great sunsets. I would stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful! We have stayed at many VBRO homes and this home is rated at the top. This home has everything you need and is furnished with high-end furnishings, decorations and linens. You can access the HOA amenities such as two pools and rec centers. We stayed there to see if we want to purchase a home in Sun City Grand. we got a true feel for the town and neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. The owner was outstanding.

We love this house and hope you do too. We have been making lots of changes this year, fresh paint inside, new bedding and new extended patio! We've added another table & chairs to the patio. New king size bed to the guest room.
