This darling 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath home is part of a 2 unit property and sits on the back of the lot up on the hill in Ocean Beach.

NFL fan? Enjoy Directv NFL Sunday ticket and watch all your favorite teams on Sundays for the 2022 season!

Newly remodeled this places boasts a brand new kitchen and ocean views from the back deck.

Beds, sofa and recliner are all brand new as well. Stearns and Foster Luxury Queen beds and leather Ethan Allen, recliner and ottoman.

Everything in this place is top notch. From the kitchen appliances, which includes a dishwasher, to the linens.

Washer and dryer in unit

You'll pull into parking space right below you space and walk up stairs and enter through the back door or park up front on Narragansett and pass front house and enter though the front door. Approx 8 steps to front door and maybe 10 to enter through back door.

This detached cottage is up on the hill in Ocean Beach on the 4500 block of Narragansett Avenue.

Newport Avenue is just two blocks north and the business district is on the 4800 - 5000 blocks.

You can walk anywhere you need to go.

Beach is just five blocks away.

You are so close to everything you need for a beach get-a-way, yet you are out of the fray and up on hill where it is quiet.
Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

Parking in driveway behind garage. Slope can be steep for a low-profile car. There is always plenty of parking here on the 4500 block.

The beach house is clean, comfortable, and convenient to coffee shops, markets and restaurants. We even walked to the beach one night. The kitchen is well stocked and all the things you need for a day at the beach are provided. We had a wonderful stay!

Greatly appreciated the high end new appliances as well as the awesome Serta beds! Place was extremely clean which from past experiences is difficult to find. Quiet as well. Everything we needed was provided. Although the bathtub can not be called a bath tub ( I couldn’t sit in it!) all of the other great attributes compensated for this one disappointment. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Darling, clean, well-appointed house in a great location. Very walkable, however, when prior reviews mention the hill on the way back up from the business district...they weren't kidding. Great conditioning, just be prepared. Perfect home base if you want to explore other beach towns as well. Would definitely stay again, and the dogs that live in the main house are super friendly and a nice perk.

Awesome Cottage at Ocean Beach

We came to San Diego to spend time with our son who is in the Marines. The cottage was a perfect size for our group of 5. It had everything we needed for the time we stayed. Katrina was a perfect host. Will definitely rent again when we go back to San Diego.

The property looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and decorated so cute. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s also in a great location. The walk into town is great, as mentioned in reviews, the steep incline on walk back up is a 7.00 Lyft ride for those who who chose not to walk it.

We loved this property! Convenient location, well-appointed, comfortable beds, convenient kitchen, parking spot in the back. It was decorated beautifully. Perfect space for 2-4 people. Katrina was a joy! The only problem was the planes flying overhead starting at 6:30am.

This is a cute, smallish cottage convenient to the airport, beaches, zoo, shopping, restaurants- all are a few minutes by car. Nice kitchen, spotless, nice washer/ dryer, comfortable beds. We used it as extra bedrooms for a family and would definitely use it again.

Just returned from my San Diego vacation. Wish I could move into Katrina's OB vacation rental. So nice! Stayed with my son and his girlfriend. Plenty of privacy the way the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated. The house had absolutely everything we needed including boogie boards and beach towels. The hills in OB were well-noted in the description and provide great views all-around. Parking was easy. Everyone - just read the description of the property carefully. Everything's on a hill in OB! It's awesome to be up high and see everything. Katrina was wonderful. The friendly dogs were a bonus. Loved this stay!!

Great communication with owner. Place is super clean and adorable. Perfect spot for three girlfriends on a weekend getaway. Reviews about the steep hill are true, but not a problem. Neighborhood is solid. Definitely staying here again!
