Great location, friendly area.

This house was perfect for our short spring break stay. It is a corner house with some ocean views. It is right across the street from the beach access, beach chairs were available for use. It is a 10 minute walk to the pier where there is a coffee shop, small arcade, and other shops. Very pleasant area with lots of families walking dogs, running, or biking. The kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked meals and enjoyed the open kitchen/dining/living room space. There is an extra fridge downstairs and a mini fridge upstairs in addition to the kitchen fridge- good for keeping everyone well hydrated. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was very clean and well maintained. We are a couple with 5 kids ages 15-21. The house had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Tournament get away

We were in Wilmington for a lacrosse tournament and found this house. It is a great location, right across the street from a public beach access. Also, 1/4 mile from the pier and a couple of nice restaurants. The interior was as advertised. Comfortable beds and all necessities we needed. We would definitely recommend.

Back exterior of rental house had multiple areas of peeling paint. Back yard had dog feces even though we had no pets.

It needs replacing! No-one, not even the teenagers could get up from it - springs all gone, too soft. Shame! It was the only bad thing about the whole stay....

Close to beach and lovely town.

Great location and space for everyone. A few things that were broken,or broken down, upon arrival but the men got together and fixed what they could. Definitely did not have an impact on our stay as the family hadn't been together in 2 years. Overall a delightful stay !
