This location is perfect for access to the highways, downtown SLC, or 25 minute drive to Park City Main street.
A short 30 minutes to world class ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons)

A quick walk will find you at historic Sugarhouse center, with shops/dinning and nightlife.
While also being 5 minute walk to beautful liberty Park. Fresh Market Grocery store, and local coffee shop/Bakery
Ski Friendly with boot warmers and ski racks just inside the front door.
Private washer and dryer, private kitchen. Large fenced Backyard, with Deck and patio seating under shade from mature trees. Step off the deck into a private hot tub. Parking for several cars in the driveway.
Dog Friendly, with a large dog park located just a few blocks away.

Family visit

Kevin's house was in a perfect Sugarhouse location for us. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, and activities. The house is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated the air conditioning (it was over 100 most days that we were there) as well as the washer and dryer. The refrigerator is quite large and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few refurbishments in progress, but they were not problematic for us. Kevin was very responsive to our questions and very quickly took care of a light that went out.

Sugarhouse

Quaint Sugarhouse dwelling. Owner very attentive to our needs. No frills but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Utah!

We enjoyed Kevin's house very much. It has everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, the location is great. We could walk to coffee shops, a good grocery store, and several restaurants. It is an older house and the owner is doing a nice job upgrading it. When we had questions, Kevin was quick to respond. I would love to return.
