Fanny Hill is just a two minute walk from the condo. It’s a very short, flat walk to the slopes. From there, you can simply click in/out and ski to Village Express Lift or Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass Base Village. Additionally, Snowmass Mall is just a block downhill with shops, restaurants, and free Sky Cab gondola to Base Village. It's ideal location offers close proximity to lifts, restaurants, activities, events, and more.

Spectacular Snow Stay in Snowmass!

Fantastically located property, right near the Viewline Hotel. The property is comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of great amenities. Two we enjoyed the most were a very nicely stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, etc) and the heated floors. The ABL Concierge service is fantastic as well and responsive to questions.

Great location

While not quite ski in and out since you have to walk about a block, parking is very convenient and you are next to the upper village mall for rentals. Great for families with small children in ski school because you can easily drive them down to the treehouse to drop them off and pick them up. There is free 30 minute parking.

A very enjoyable stay in this unit!!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot to stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Snowmass mall, village, gondola, hiking and friends, who were staying at the Westin. The unit was beautiful and our experience was exceptional! We wish we could have stayed longer to use the kitchen and amenities. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We would highly recommend this unit! Very comfortable and clean!

Great location for skiiers - very close to slopes and Snowmass Village. The kitchen is very well-stocked, beds super comfortable - really nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! only suggestion would be more storage in bedrooms and bed side tables. Note also that the '5th' person (listing states 'sleeps 5') sleeps on the couch, which is not a fold-out. Worked fine for our group, though! Highly recommend...
