This breezy, private hillside property offers unparalleled panoramic ocean, mountain and city skyline views. Centrally located from major attractions: 3min drive Poblado (strip of restaurants, bars souvenir shops and nightclubs) 5mins to Boqueron Beach, 8mins Playa Buye, 20 mins Faro (lighthouse beautiful panoramic view ) & Playa Sucia, 20mins Parguera, 30 mins to Combate Beach and 30-40 mins Mayaguez Zoo. Nearby towns Mayaguez (15mins Mayaguez Mall), Rincón, Guánica.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful location with tropical vibes in a charming Puerto Rican house in the mountains.

Unit 1 has 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment located on the second level of a 3-floor building. Access through ramp – no stairs.

Open-concept kitchen and living area with large A/C unit, 50" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and balcony with beautiful ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious, comfortable living area and private balcony with ocean view.

Primary bedroom: queen bed, A/C, TV, mirrored closet, and private balcony with ocean view.
Second bedroom: 2 twin beds, work desk, ceiling fan, mirrored closet.
Third bedroom: queen bed, dresser, and ceiling fan.

Outside, guests can enjoy the pool, large balcony with ocean view large deck and dining areas.

Vista Bella has been called a “hidden gem”, a one of a kind experience of peace and comfort in gated villa.

Vista Bella is a place where family & friends can enjoy time together and enjoy time away from a busy life and enjoy nature - lots natural breeze from elevated property.

Gated private parking: One designated parking per unit. Street parking available for additional cars. The unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible via ramp (no stairs).

We’re located in a quiet area, between the mountains and the coast, surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature. Spend the day at the beaches and attractions, then return to the tranquility of the mountains and enjoy fresh breezes, ocean views, starry skies, and the call of the Puerto Rican coquí.

Vista Bella is a newly constructed three-unit villa. Each unit can be booked individually, or the entire villa can be reserved to host up to 16 guests comfortably, ideal for large groups, family gatherings, reunions, and vacations.

Comfy. Safe. Clean. As others had mentioned, road to get there is steep and doesn’t have lights. It’s not a criticism of the place say all just want others to know. We had a lovely stay. Would stay again

Amazing view. Great location for a hidden gem area of PR. Great amenities. Close to many beaches in Cabo Rojo and western PR. Safe neighborhood, not in the city and only a 2-3 minute drive to Boqueron.

Great rental!

If you're looking for ample space, this place is it. If you're looking to rent a place for friends and family without everyone been cooped up in the same place, this place is it, as it has 3 rental units on the same 2 story house. The place is very clean, has all the amenities needed, and it has a spectacular view! It also has private parking spaces. It's property manager, Omar, was very caring and informative. The location It's very centric! But, it might be a little isolated for some people. I would definitely consider renting this property again, and would definitely recommend it!
