This is a lovely, two bedroom, second/ third floor condo located in the highly desired Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Just across the street to the beautiful powdery white sand beach.

The condo is fully furnished with a new King-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is huge! Brand new oversized chair that contains a pull out twin bed! or extra sleeping options! The second bedroom has two single twin beds. You'll also find the couch serves as a sleeper sofa.

Madeira Beach is in the Clearwater/ St. Pete region - consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the US! We offer the best value in the area!

Updated bathrooms on both levels of the condo, an updated kitchen with every amenity you desire for your home cooked meals and blazing fast free Wi-Fi throughout the condo to stay connected with everyone back at home. The upstairs bathroom includes a washer and dryer. A lovely porch to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or sip a cocktail. Steps from one of the pools at the community. Plenty of parking in the condo. New bed in master.

The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is close to Madeira Beach’s finest white sand beach at Archibald Memorial Beach Park complete with its own snack bar, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Watch the dolphins or fish from the new pier and experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated well-kept facility. The property has a clubhouse with a small, well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and billiards room. It also has two outdoor heated swimming pools, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and benches and several fishing docks.

The perfect location of this unit is equally close to both swimming pools & just across the road to Archibald park beach. Winn-Dixie Supermarket, liquor store, CVS drugstore, and U.S. Post Office. The Gulf Beaches Library is also across the street. Great rainy-day option, you can obtain a temporary membership and check books out. It's resort style living with all the privacy and relaxation of home!

Condo includes many appliances (including a Keurig), utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and linens.

We are adjacent to R.O.C. park - tennis, basketball, baseball sports & event field, and paved walkways that edge Boca Ciega Bay. There is even a splash pad playground for the younger kids. Perfect for early morning & evening strolls & sunset views.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club 337F is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intercoastal Waterway named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop till your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sports activity, but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops and many public beach access points. Area beaches consistently voted as best in the US. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

This is a great place to stay! It is close to the beach and other attractions. It was very clean with plenty of extra towels and blankets. Convenient parking and access to the pool. Bob and Janelle were very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely stay again!

Great property. The host are awesome and are very accommodating if you need anything. You can get to several attractions from the location easily. We enjoyed the tennis courts across the street. Very clean and well maintained property. Would stay here again.

Family Time

Beautiful area and photos of the location and condo are very accurate. Location was nice although a couple of the neighbors below was a little rude. Bob and Janelle kept in contact during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Would recommend for a family vacation.

Perfect Vacation!

Our stay was nothing but amazing! This condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked if we chose to buy groceries and eat in. The grocery store/CVS and dollar store were steps away and most of all, the beautiful beach too!!!! The condo was so clean and it felt like home during our two weeks stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Seriously the best place we've stayed in all our years of vacationing in Florida. Property owners had all you could ask for in a place to stay. Communication was great too. The beach was maybe 8 - 10 minutes depending on how long you had to stand at the crosswalk. All in all we loved our time at Madeira beach. Thank you Bob and Janelle!

Comfortable Condo With a Great Location

Based on our recent stay at the condo, it definitely is as advertised. We were a family of three and had lots of room. The condo had all the amenities we needed to settle in or be on the go. A grocery store nearby was convenient. A detailed guide on nearby amenities and attractions was extremely helpful as well! We visited the pools onsite and the nearby beach. The beach is located about a 7-minute walk and is a fabulous beach with great sand. A surprise to us was R.O.C. park. In the week we were staying at the condo, there was a Division 1 Women's softball tournament followed by a carnival. We would consider staying at the condo for a future vacation.

We ve stayed 10 days here and everything was perfect. Very clean apartment, lots of things you need (beach chairs, beach gear, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen etc), easy Checkinn and Bob was very fast when I ve had any questions. Everything is nearby. Not an exageration

I almost hate to tell everyone how awesome this property is because I don't want to make it harder for myself to book it again in the future. First, it is fast and easy to get in and out with all the parking right outside of the gate. It is steps away from the pool. The separation of the rooms keeps everything nice and quiet even with 6 of us. The park next door is awesome. The fishing dock at the park is perfect. All the essential stores are just right down the street. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment literally down the street. And the beach is no more than a 5 minute WALK. The instructions were very detailed and Robert stayed in constant contact the whole week. In summary... perfect.

Clean spacious appartement in a nice location

We had a very nice stay at this property. The appartement is spacious and clean. One of the 2 swimming pools was located just steps away from the property. The beach is 8-10 min walk. There are couple restaurants within walking distance as well as CVS and grocery store which was very convenient for us. The property manager was very responsive and would get back within minutes on any questions we had. One thing to mention is that the appartement is 1.5 bathrooms not 2 as described in the listing. There is full bathroom with shower upstarts and half bathroom with sink and toilet downstairs. This was a bit of an issue for us (family of 4) having to wait your turn to shower after going to the pool or beach.

Relaxing at Madeira

Our February at the “Madeira Beach Getaway” certainly met our expectations. It is located within very short walking distance of beaches, fishing piers, restaurants and entertainment, allowing for a great combination of activity or just relaxing. The well-maintained property also included very complete documentation of chk in/out procedures that simplified access and familiarity with the area. It all made for a “month well spent”!

Madeira Beach Condo

Very nice condo in excellent location, across the street from ROC park with splash pad, fishing dock, basketball and tennis courts, baseball fields and walking track, and steps from the pool. We were a few blocks from the beach, so we drove there and unloaded, while one parent stayed the other parked nearby. There were great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The house was well stocked with kitchen tools, towels and beach accessories. Perfect get away! We will definitely return! Something to remember- sidewalks and steps are extremely slippery when wet!!

We had a good time staying here over Christmas. Having the grill and pool close was nice. The unit is about 4 blocks from the beach. Having some beach gear in the unit was a bonus. The dryer does take a long time to dry towels so plan accordingly.

Great Visit to Madeira Beach!

We loved the condo. The location to the beach, restaurants and my son's favorite thing to do on vacation (Miniature Golf) were all just a few minutes away. The condo offered everything you would need on vacation, even when the weather was bad, there was fast & reliable wifi and cable to keep us entertained. The pool was just a few steps away and a beautiful park was just across the street. We enjoyed every second of our trip. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we hope not our last. If we had one complaint, it would be the beds. They were not the most comfortable in the world but everything else was A+. From the accessibility of Bob and Janelle before and during our vacation to the very detailed welcome book, we were well pleased. We also were surrounded by great folks that own condos at the Yacht Club as well. All of them were very hospitable. Overall, the Condo was super clean, well equipped, very quiet and great place to stay and enjoy Madeira Beach & the surrounding area.
