The condominium radiates a distinct cozy atmosphere that will be valued by everyone, providing the comforts of home along with a completely renovated interior! An elegantly updated kitchen features new cabinets, appliances, and countertops. The dining area can comfortably seat up to 6 people and is seamlessly incorporated into the open design of the main room.
The living room is equipped with new furnishings, establishing an ideal environment to relax and enjoy the serenity of your mountain retreat. It includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen television, sofa sleeper, and access to a private deck. Located on the second floor, the unit presents a stunning view of the Winter Park Ski Resort and the adjacent forest.
The ideal sleeping arrangements for a family consist of a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed, and a twin bed in the second bedroom. The unit comprises two full bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom and the other situated in the main hallway. Furthermore, all essential linens, towels, dishware, and cookware are provided for your convenience. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available in the unit.
Within a two minute walk from the condominium, guests have access to the main clubhouse amenities, and the complimentary town shuttle halts at the of the pathway leading to the unit.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

We truly enjoyed staying here! The place was spacious for our smaller group, incredibly clean, and well-stocked. It is a bit hard to see in the pictures, but the secondary bedroom does have both a twin and queen bed. Lots of extra linens for folks sleeping on the sofa bed space for an extra air mattress in the living room.We were in town for a ski trip. The place is right on the yellow line (bus comes to the parking lot) or an easy walk to the bus station that services almost all of the winter park routes. The sauna in the club house was also phenomenal! Can't recommend enough.

Location good, but stay not comfortable.

King bed matress needs to be replaced- very uncomfortable and sags on both sides. Shower in master bathroom would not drain. Walls are extremely thin- can hear music, etc at all hours from neighboring units starting at 5am and going until midnight entire weekend. Pot smoke and smell was constantly leaking into the unit from other units the entire trip.

Nice but could use some updates

The condo was generally clean but I found a large wad of hair on the shower wall in the master tub, and the 2nd bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing all the time. And the kitchen has terrible pots and pans, and some melted utensils, and lack there of. The only frying pan was an old teflon pan all scratched and peeling which is hazardous to your health if ingested but we were stuck using it to cook everyday. Owner really needs to update the pots and pans and utensils. Other than that it was an overall nice stay.

Great Location, Nice Condo

Overall, we had a great experience. We did ask for a slightly early check-in the day prior and were told that it should be doable given that the unit wasn't booked before or after us, but to check in the day of. We checked back in the day of and unfortunately, just got a note that they would check with the cleaning crew and that was it. Wasn't a huge deal but would have loved a definitive answer as we had two young children. The unit was in great shape, freshly remodeled and as advertised. The one gripe that I did have was with the pots and pans, they were out of a 1980's camp set and very low quality. Would be a nice addition to invest in some nice cookware, as that's the allure and appeal of a VRBO property vs a hotel.
