Wood burning Fire Pit overlooking our pool and the 11th fairway of Heron Pointe. It's the perfect set up for a family night around the camp fire with s'mores of course! We have a 2nd gas fire pit on the front deck and a wood burning fireplace in the vaulted ceiling family room that overlooks the pool and 11th fairway.

We have an enlarged our pool deck (no fence) so there's plenty of space to spread out with lounge chairs, table that seats 6 and a conversation area.

Our Beaches in Sea Pines are BEAUTIFUL! It's the perfect place to be outdoors with fresh air and it's easy to maintain social distance outside on our vast beaches. Our HHI home is the ideal place to work or learn remotely as the views can't be beat! We are experiencing GORGEOUS weather and our golf courses, bike paths, tennis courts, restaurants, stores and beaches are ready for you. There is no better place to be than HHI right now. Enjoy some special family vacation time on the island at our home.

Walk to Harbour Town shops, restaurants, entertainment, marina, water sports, playground, the lighthouse, bakery, golf and tennis! We are the closets single family home residential street to Harbour Town in all of Sea Pines!

Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club that you have access to as our guest! The Trolley (operates seasonally) stop is near the end of our street at the Harbour Town Pool. Easy and fun way to beach it, no parking hassles in the summer!

THE BEST POOL & GOLF VIEWS with TWO awesome outdoor FIRE-PITS (one is gas and the other is wood burning) and party lights on the front deck plus custom two story wood burning fireplace in the vaulted ceiling family room! All one level, NO STAIRS! All of the bedrooms have a great view with oversized sliding glass doors along the full wall of each bedroom.

We purchased this home and updated it in 2018. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private SALTWATER pool in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town on the 11th fairway of the newly renovated, Heron Point Golf Course with STUNNING views! It's an easy walk to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Harbour Town Marina. We have parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars (no parking on pine straw).

We personally own and rent our home, "Heron on Eleven", we do NOT charge any additional "Property Manager Fees" or "Administrative Fees". Price includes one Sea Pines gate pass also.

Our home has an unbelievably beautiful view of the picture perfect golf course. It is in a peaceful setting with magnificent views on a private, quiet, street with no thru traffic. It is literally steps to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Course, Sea Pines Raquet Club, the Harbour Town pool and an easy bike ride to The Sea Pines Beach Club! This home has every comfort and amenity you could possibly want for a fabulous, unforgettable vacation and it's all on one floor so no steps to climb or lug children, luggage and groceries up and down!! Enjoy high speed internet while lounging in the back yard around your own private saltwater pool. Yay, free wifi! We can also heat the pool for an additional charge, please text, call or email for rates.

There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths, each with full shower/tub combination. There are two master suites, each with fabulous king-size beds and private baths. One master has a large sliding glass door out to the pool and the other has a large sliding glass door to the private patio/deck with fire pit and vintage string lights. Lots of light in this house but we do have black out curtains in all the bedrooms so you can sleep in if you like. The third bedroom is so large it has two wonderful full size beds with a sliding glass door to the private patio/deck (with fire pit) and a private full bath and separate dressing area. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it.

It is a bright and open floor plan with lots of light and cathedral ceilings. There is an eat in kitchen with a sliding glass door onto the side patio with a grill for outdoor cooking and the dining room has a sliding glass door to the pool overlooking the golf course. There are gorgeous pool and golf course views from the dinning room, family room and master bedroom! There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use.

This home has amazing views, lots of light from floor to ceiling windows and oversized sliding glass doors. Each room has a large sliding glass door that makes it light and bright and gives everyone access to all the many outdoor gathering/lounging areas like the front deck/patio, pool or side patio with grill off the eat in kitchen.

Our house is just a five minute walk to the first tee of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament on Harbour Town Golf Links and all the amenities of Harbour Town including The Harbour Town Lighthouse, boutique shopping, the Harbour Town Marina, Gregg Russell HT playground, the HT Pier (kids can go crabbing!), The Quarterdeck, The Crazy Crab Restaurant and CQ's! No need to deal with parking in Harbour Town or taking a shuttle, YOU CAN JUST WALK OR BIKE!

We have a special arrangement with an established and reputable bike rental company for our guests. As our guest you will get a discounted rate, free delivery to the house and free locks and baskets as well. All for around $30/bike for the whole week! Ask us for the discount code.

The Harbour Town Yacht Basin/Marina has ALL water sports (SUP, parasailing, kayaking, power boat rental, wave-runners, water skiing, fishing charters, shark fishing, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, pirate cruises, sailing). ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!

Hop on the Sea Pines Trolley (stops just across from our street at the Harbor Town Pool - in season) for a free and fun ride to the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach, no need to deal with beach parking, yay! The brand new Sea Pines Beach Club has clean restrooms, showers, and an outdoor bar and grill overlooking the ocean, outdoor roof top lounge (21 and older), live entertainment and a store to buy suntan lotion, souvenirs and such!

Our private saltwater pool can be heated year round for an additional cost ($800/week). If you really want it warm it can be heated to hot tub temps (warning-propane is expensive but it's so fun to have a HUGE hot tub overlooking the fairway and fire pit)!
There is a ring door bell at our front door entrance and a security camera on the outside, side of the house facing the exterior pool equipment. These are for strictly for exterior security purposes only.

If for any reason you must cancel your reservation 60+ days prior to your arrival all monies minus a $250 reservation fee and 6% processing fee will be refunded. If you must cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% refund minus the $250 reservation fee and 6% processing fee. If you must cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival all monies will be forfeited.

For your protection, we recommend that you purchase trip/travel insurance in case of an unexpected event (including, but not limited to, illness/epidemic/pandemic, national or regional states of emergency, accident, death in the family, weather ie. hurricane) that would necessitate trip cancellation. We highly recommend "Cancel For Any Reason" insurance. We do not refund money due to cancelled or shortened stays for any reason. PLEASE obtain trip insurance to protect your trip.
