Bienvenue sur Island Time-West! Cette maison de 5 chambres / 3 salles de bains est la location de plage idéale pour les familles et les amis qui souhaitent séjourner et profiter d’Anna Maria Island.

Cette maison dispose d'une suite principale (lit king-size), de 3 chambres king supplémentaires et d'une chambre avec lits superposés. Toutes les chambres sont confortables et confortables, et aménagées pour une intimité maximale avec des télévisions à écran plat et un accès au câble. This was the best place for a wonderful vacation. It’s even better than the pictures portray. We enjoyed the location being so close to the beach and the pool/hot tub were a big hit for our family. This place has everything and more that we needed. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard with the pool is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. The pictures make it seem so small, but it was a nice big sized pool/hot tub. This was such an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Just what we needed.

This was a really wonderful rental home for our blended family vacation! We loved the pool and hot tub (once we figured out how to manage the heat settings, which took us a bit to figure out at first). It was so peaceful to spend part of the day back there especially with our two young children who didn't always want to venture to the beach. The rooms were all great with very comfortable beds and the shower water pressure was excellent (which isn't always the case with rentals). The property was in a great location just 2.5 blocks from the beach - very easy to walk to. And the house provides a wagon and beach chairs. All in all we loved this house and would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful. The olny issue outdoors was the table and the chairs that went with it were falling apart. The pool chairs and everything else in the house we had no problems with at all. We loved the house and everything about it.

Spring break getaway

A great house, plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was excellent. Hot and warm when the weather was a little chilly. We were able to swim constantly. The grill was super, no complaints, easy walk to the beach. Would love to return.

Family Get Away

The property was wonderful and the location great! The pool and hot tub were a life saver because of the cool weather that came in and didn’t allow much beach time. We were there in mid December and our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived so it took a good 1 1/2 days to be able to heat them up. Super clean and spacious for our family!

We really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of room for our family to enjoy quality time together and make wonderful memories. The pool was exceptionally beautiful and the home is well laid out and furnished. Although we wish the red tide had not been an issue, we were still steps to the beach and spectacular sunsets. For a beach day, we drove up a little ways over the bay to get away from red tide. We hope to visit again!

Perfect place

This house is amazing and the pool and hot tub are perfect. Great location 2 blocks (5 min walk) to the beach. Beach location is less crowded. Close to town and the grocery store. House was nicely setup and had everything we needed for all 6 of us. Plenty of space. Shower and beds were nice. We will be back

Great location!! Pool and hot tub were fantastic!

This house was perfect! We had three families with a few teens. The layout was perfect! Adults each had a king bedroom on the first floor and teens had the second floor with two bedrooms and a hangout room. Perfect for some separation. Location was great with an easy short walk to the beach. The house had a cooler and plenty of beach chairs for our entire group. We will definitely be back!

Beach stay

The home itself was very beautiful and spacious. We were 11 family members and my family of four had our own space on the 3rd floor which was nice. The pool was very nice too. My only big complaint was that there were no pool or beach equipment aside from chairs. The umbrellas were broken and the floors of the house were so dirty. We could not walk in the home without any shoes on. It was so dirty and felt very dirty.

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI!!

I am originally from the east coast of Florida and now reside in NC. This was our first visit to AMI and we loved everything about it. This property was perfect. We loved the location and the pool was a bonus with kids. We loved that it was pet friendly as we have a mini golden doodle. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and the refrigerator had plenty of space. We loved the cabinet space as well. The washer and dryer was wonderful. We loved this particular property layout of the home and that is was decorated nicely. A few places we enjoyed: Ugly Grouper: fish tacos. The Porch: filets with great wine selection; The Sandbar: chain like but a nice experience for drink and view. Rod and Reel: grouper anything lunch with a view, manatees and dolphins pass through; a bit of a hike but worth a trip is Tide Tables: fresh grouper daily and the tartar is incredible, be sure to have the key lime pie! Thanks to AMI locals for an amazing stay and the owners for a wonderful home!

Great location home

The good, The location was fantastic. The garage was clean and useable. The master shower was amazing. The bad, the people next door partied all night for 5 days, the music was loud because the house is attached to another house. The showers are badly designed so the water wants to run across the floor and make a mess. For such a high end home the beds are horrible. All the beds are horrible. The couch wants to swallow you. The light in the refrigerators out. It seemed everywhere you sat or slept was in poor condition. The hours needs lots of tlc its really starting to look bad. I could not recommend this and I will not return.

Too bad!

The house was in good shape. Pool area was pretty but could use some cleaning up. The pool person that came while we were there said that no one had been tending it for a while therefore the water was cloudy when we arrived. It cleared up after a while with the care taker. The blower in the hot tub was broken so the jets were not functioning. Disappointed! Every thing would have been perfect inside if the furniture had been in better shape. The beds were old, soft and uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because his back hurt so much. The sofa, chairs and tables were in very poor condition also. Couch looked like it should have been on someone’s front porch it was so dirty. Too bad. Because it is a nice house. Just needs some updated furniture.

Property needs attention and cleaning. Lots of interruptions, owner came at 7:40 am on Saturday

Great location. Short walk to beach. The house was VERY dirty. The floors were so filthy our feet and socks were black and we ended up wearing shoes inside. I think the floors were swept poorly and never mopped. Almost every bed had pee stains and/or dirty spots on the bedding. Pool was dirty when we got there. Pool guy came Thursday night and added chemicals but didn't clean and came back Friday night to clean. We left hours later and never got to use a clean pool. Two out of three showers were broken. One didn't drain and by the end of the shower we were standing in 2-3 inches of water. The other broken one's handle didn't control the water, just spun around. The wash machine left terrible lint on everything and some clothes had snags from it. The kitchen wasn't stocked. There was no toaster, only left us 1 kitchen towel which isn't enough. The dishes weren't clean and had to be cleaned before being used. The couches and chairs were stained and dirty. We ended up putting a blanket over them so we felt comfortable enough to use them. Our vacation was interrupted more than necessary. First, a guy came to fix blinds on a window. He said the people last week wouldn't let him in because they hadn't been told about it. We weren't told either but let him in and he was quick. Mostly, because we wanted the blinds fixed in the bedroom facing the road. Next was the pool guy. I understand they need to come and do their job. We had no idea when they would come and then they came two days in a row right at the end of our vacation, which meant the pool was dirty the whole vacation. There was also the yard/landscaping people. They were in and out quickly, but were loud and came at 7:30 in the morning. We didn't expect that. Saturday was the day we were to leave. We had to be out by 10:00 am. I received several texts and emails that felt like we were being hurried out. Then, the cleaning lady came at 8:30 am and sat in the driveway until we left. It was awkward. Also, on Saturday morning at 7:40 am while we were trying to pack up and get ready to leave, the owner came to drop off beer for his son who was staying next. We offered 4 times to take it and put it in the fridge for him but he insisted to do it himself. He asked for a pen to leave a note. Bring your own pen or come when the cleaners are there, not guests. It was all super weird and intrusive. We shouldn't have let any of these people in because we weren't told in advance about of them.

We were quite confused to see such a detailed account of your vacation, because after looking back in our recorded phone lines, text-messaging service, and emails, we do not see a single report from your party regarding any of these issues, or any others. For future reference, we are always happy to send cleaning crews back out to rectify any cleaning issues, so long as they are reported to us. We are also happy to reschedule vendor and company personnel appointments if this is not something our guests want to allow to happen during their time in the home. We are truly sorry to hear about all of this, post-departure, and want to extend the offer: please, for future reference, contact our team for assistance of any kind during your stay. Such a great property! 5 stars

Five stars FOR SURE! We had 8 friends stay here for 4 days and it couldn’t have been better. So close to beach but actually we used the pool and spa almost exclusively. Will never rent a vrbo without those two things. Really enjoyed them. We loved just hanging out during the day and evening around the pool with a cold one. The pics and descriptions are very accurate. The house is comfy clean and worked perfect for us. It’s a short bike ride into one part of town or a short drive to the Publix. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact we would have if we could have stayed longer. Only thing is we didn’t know that you had to park a certain way in the gravel in front of house so we got a parking ticket. NOT COOL. No signs no nothing telling us.
