The dining room is just beyond the kitchen and offers a bar-height table with eight chairs. The living room, adjacent to the dining room, is cozy and has a couch, matching loveseat, two leather armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Access to this floor’s balcony is in the dining space through a set of French doors. It’s a spacious balcony with views of the backyard and stairs that take you to the ground floor.
