Una casa a schiera di tre camere da letto che offre ampie camere ariose con molto spazio per i vacanzieri. Godetevi le viste boscose delle montagne dal ponte posteriore o rilassatevi davanti al camino in pietra e guardate un film preferito. Qualunque siano i tuoi piani di vacanza, questa casa sarebbe una splendida posizione.

Inserisci questa proprietà vacanza a due livelli per il foyer con accesso al garage e dirigiti verso la sala corta per aprire il concetto di soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con camino a gas, smart TV a schermo piatto e due serie di porte scorrevoli sul ponte posteriore spazioso. Inoltre, la sala corta di questo livello inferiore è un mezzo bagno. Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto; il maestro con un letto king size e bagno in suite con vasca idromassaggio, il secondo con un letto matrimoniale e il terzo con un set di letti a castello a piramide (doppia più piena). Ognuna di queste camere ha un televisore e la seconda e la terza camera condividono un bagno completo. La lavanderia si possono trovare anche a questo livello superiore.

Mentre qui godetevi la Forest Ridge Club House, con campi da tennis, piscina coperta e piscina esterna riscaldata. Loon Mountain è a solo un miglio di distanza.

Cozy ski house

We shared this home with another couple for a ski getaway. The layout was perfect for relaxing, dining and game time after skiing!

Anniversary and birthday get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property that we rented was absolutely beautiful. The amenities in the kitchen was well stocked as we did a lot of cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the ability to walk every day on the beautiful property and to use the pool area as well. We found this rental to be extremely quiet and well maintained. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of all three toilets as they were stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned although they had the paper over the covers if they had been. I have pictures of all of them as I clean two,but did not clean the one toilet that we didn’t use. When cleaning them, it did require a little bit of elbow power to get them clean, but once that was done, they were clean for the entire week. My point is if somebody tries to say it’s the water it’s not I think the owner would be extremely disappointed and the way the toilets are being maintained. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best location, a lot to do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location while visiting the White Mountains, Laconia, Louden and even parts of Maine and Vermont. Every day we went on a new adventure! Shout out to Black Mountain Burger for the BEST burger and service, an absolute must when staying in Lincoln.

Excellent stay in Loon Mt area!

We loved this property, it was well kept up, had all the supplies we needed to cook meals, and the bedrooms were great. Love that there are smart tvs in every room. You could hear the brook behind the property and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. The town has some really great spots for food/coffee/etc. The rental office was friendly and helpful too. I dont think you could go wrong with this spot.

Großes Haus am Ortsrand

Wir haben das Haus mit all seinen Vorzügen genossen. Es ist super gelegen, um die tollen Wasserfälle, Trails und Berge zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr groß, super ausgestattet, hat eine Tischtennisplatte im Keller und es ist nur fünf Minuten von den Restaurants in Lincoln entfernt. Einzig irritierend fanden wir, die mit Geldbußen versehen Auflagen zum Checkout (das könnte höflicher kommuniziert werden).

Lincoln NH Mini Vacation

This is a great property!! It was convenient to all the attractions yet off the main road so we enjoyed some quiet family time together when we returned after a busy day. We definitely want to book this place again!

Beautiful place!

This place was the perfect place to spend a weekend. The property was well stocked and clean. We loved sitting on the deck at night taking in the views. Great location to town as well! We’ll be back!

Quiet and convenient location

Loved the area. Beautiful forest and mountain trails for hiking. Lincoln was very quiet in early June. Forest Ridge duplexes were very quiet - almost felt abandoned mid-week - but started to fill a little on the weekend. House was very spacious and comfortable. One car garage was accessible (in most rentals it is not).

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We booked this property very last minute (10:30 pm the day before arrival) as a Memorial Day weekend getaway. The property manager phoned the morning after booking to confirm logistics and ensure we were all set. We arrived and the property was immaculately clean and ready for us! Excellent location in Lincoln provided a great jumping off point to our White Mountain adventures and the condo had everything we needed. Indoor/outdoor pool areas were great on this hot weekend. We would love to return!

Exceptional Property with Great Location

Very clean, comfortable property. Home rentals should be without surprises, and this is one of them. Excellent, quiet location close to Loon Mountain. The clubhouse swimming pool and gym are a plus too.
