Screened in porch makes evenings bug free. Centrally located to all ocean beaches, stores and restaurants. Big backyard deck for BBQ and family meals. Enjoy late summer Vegetable Garden salads. So cozy and sweet!

The house was great! newly renovated, large, light with nicely appointed furniture; the screened porch was our favorite spot for evening tea or a glass of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, bedding was comfortable and nice. Sheila - the host was responsive and easy to interact with. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Hampton Bays Home

Everything about our fall stay was excellent! Comfortable home, great beds, the home was clean and everything worked. We had the best extended stay and didn’t want to leave! Great location, very quiet and close to town. Would recommend to all!

Great house

Overall great experience! The host was extremely helpful and communicative. She made sure everything was perfect and it was. Getting in was super easy and everything was very clean and neat. It had everything you could need and if you needed something I bet you could ask for it, I did. Near the beach near great restaurants and you don’t have to drive with all the traffics out farther east in the Hamptons. All in all I think you will be happy. There is a nice grill great laundry machine, yard and fire pit. A+

Wonderful Stay At Hampton Bays

My family and I typically stay in East Hampton/Montauk, but this year wanted to go off the beaten path just a bit, but still make the Hampton Classic for my daughter. This house was more than what we needed. It was close enough to the train that I didn't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic while trying to pick my husband up after work. Minutes away from Ponqueogue Beach, which was sufficiently crowed for Labor Day weekend but not so much that you could not enjoy the day. Sheila and her property manager, Bill were amazing with recommendations and making this home feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, and again, and again.

Hamptons harmony

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Sheila's peaceful, newly renovated and tastefully decorated home in Hampton Bays. If you are looking for a simple, comfortable, stress-free place, from which to enjoy the Hamptons, look no further. Being in Hampton Bays, it's not so far from NYC and you have plenty of beach choices on the ocean and bay. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of good local restaurant choices. The host, Sheila, was extraordinarily easy and pleasant to interact with, as was the property manager. As a general rule, we rarely choose to stay in the same place twice, but we would seriously consider doing so with this home.

Great house

Very nice house to stay at. Screened in porch is was great place to hang out and stay away from bugs. Everything needed was provided and owners were very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well kept and great location!

The house is located in a nice family neighborhood with easy access to Montauk Highway, beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and updated and the owner and property manager were terrific to deal with.
