The cottage is located one block from the bay with wonderful views of Aransas Bay right off of our detached deck. It's within walking distance to Fulton Pier, many restaurants and bars, and there’s a public boat launch right around the block. Only 2.9 miles from Rockport Beach and downtown shopping. Sleeps six - 2 beds (King and Queen) 1 Serta sleeper, 1 bath, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking for car and boat, BBQ pit, fenced yard.
The cottage sits right behind The Boiling Pot Restaurant and is within walking distance to Lulus, Charlotte Plumbers, Cheryl’s, The Sugar Shack, Moondogs, Benchwarmers and the historic Fulton Mansion. If you're looking forward to fishing during your stay, Fulton Pier and harbor are within walking distance. Whether you’re here to relax, party, fish, or all of the above, come see us! The cottage was so fantastic, close to Fulton pier and downtown Rockport. The Melting Pot is steps away and the rooftop porch had fantastic views. Linda and Frank were wonderful hosts and I'd highly recommend choosing this cottage if you're looking to stay in Rockport!

The house was very clean and had so many amenities. The family games and children’s dinnerware were much appreciated! The beds were also extremely comfortable. The location is great and close to so much. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Short Spring Break Trip

The rental was very nice and was as described. The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Superb location near many restaurants, nightlife, and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Cottage!

The home was as depicted in the pictures. It was so comfortable and cozy. It was very close to several restaurants. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. We loved the outdoor deck, especially after great days of fishing. The views were great and the breeze felt wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was great! The host was so nice and communicated all arrival and departure instructions. She checked in on us to make sure we were good! I left my coat behind and she reached out to let me know. I was able to get it right away! Def staying here again.

Phenominal is an understatement!

This place was amazing from beginning to end! Booking was easy and quick. The property manager was so friendly and cordial. That property was gorgeous, clean and exactly what was pictured. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

A Fulton Favorite

It was our 2nd time in Fulton/Rockport & first time at this property & it was probably the best place we have stayed so far. It was clean,& the yard was well manicured. It almost felt like it was our home.

Our Visit to Fulton, TX

We had a very nice visit to Linda & Frank's house in Fulton. The house was very clean and just as described. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, perfect for just the two of us. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home in Fulton! Thank you, Pat & Phil

Little Gem

Great place to stay with an awesome balcony. Loved the futon/chaise, great way to unwind in front of the TV. The master bed was one of the most comfortable (we often find worn out rock hard beds in other places we have stayed) that helped with a good nights rest. Great location with many places to eat, go get a drink, or go for a walk along the water. Big parking area with lots of room. Even with many restaurants located close by, this was a very quiet place to stay (Rockport Fulton is a nice sleepy little town and great vacation get away). The only "issue" I had with the cottage is that the vacation flew by too fast and we did not have more time to enjoy this hidden gem.

Excellent location close to all the restaurants in Fulton!

Very clean and convenient location. Owners were easy to work with and made sure the home was ready quickly from a quick decision to make a trip to Rockport. The top deck with a water view was perfect for happy hour. Also the ability park a boat was a plus.

Great Location and appeal

Very good location, right behind Boiling Point with excellent seafood. Deck to overlook bay and very comfortable beds. Having coffee, sugar, sweet-n-low and creamer packets in fridge is a great touch. usually don't bring all that and don't want to buy for few days worth, so having it there vs having to stop by store for coffee is great. Will stay again and would recommend.

Clean, walking distance to several good restaurants.

This small, one bathroom house was very clean; the kitchen was set up satisfactorily for cooking our meals. There were plenty of quality bath linens and extra bedding available. Having a washer and dryer was a great treat with 2 children and us going to the beach every day. It has a roof top deck over the garage which was a great place for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The yard is fenced (it has great grass!) so we felt safe letting the children play. The neighborhood is quiet, even with a restaurant next door and behind this house. This house is a 4 minute drive to a great, clean beach in Rockport. HEB has online ordering with curbside pick up, 4 minutes drive. The owner was readily available via email and text with quick response. We would stay here again.

Frank and I are from San Antonio, Texas and moved to Rockport in 2008. We love it here!! We have three beautiful daughters, 5 grandchildren and two dogs. Family and friendships are everything to us and we're so happy to be able to offer our first home to people who want to visit and experience all that is Rockport. We think you'll love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This property is the perfect getaway due to it's comfort, close proximity to restaurants and bars, short drive to Rockport Beach, Port Aransas and Aransas Pass. You can walk to Fulton Harbor to fish in Aransas Bay, look at the boats in Fulton Harbor, or just sit back and enjoy the views. The cottage is a comfortable cozy place that we called home for 10 years. We’ve made many wonderful memories there and have spent many nights under the stars on our deck. I know you’ll love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The cottage has plenty of parking space so you can bring your boat and park it on the property. You can also just drive across the street to launch at the boat ramp thats located next to the Lighthouse Inn Hotel. It has a detached deck with wonderful views of Aransas Bay where you can sit in the morning and watch the sunrise or sit on the deck at night and enjoy the wonderful breeze. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
