At Birdie Bliss Bungalow, the very best of the area is yours to explore, from the sprawling waterway surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, to the local shops and restaurants, and the family-friendly attractions keeping you active all day long. Located within the Osage National Golf Course alongside the picturesque Osage River, hitting the links to practice your swing will never be easier. Right next door to the clubhouse, guests will enjoy a peaceful, resort setting loaded with amenities including a fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, and onsite restaurant. No matter how many rounds you play, you’ll never tire gazing out at the emerald fairways and tranquil surroundings. Away from the home, there’s still plenty more to see and do! Plan a visit to Bagnell Dam and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch at a nearby local restaurant located along the shoreline. If a spa day is in your future, the Lodge of Four Seasons is just 15 minutes away where you can spend all day pampering yourself, capping the day off with a delicious dinner.



Begin and end each day at the home, sipping on the beverage of your choice out on the spacious deck while overlooking the course and pool and breathing in the fresh country air. Stepping indoors you’ll find open and airy spaces that facilitate both relaxation and connectivity, with enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner. Settle into plush sofa seating while you stream your favorite shows or queue up a new movie on the smart TV. The chic eat-in kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing convenient meals right from home or lay out a spread of takeout from a newly discovered restaurant. With all-black appliances, ample counterspace, and sleek cabinetry, there’s plenty of room for preparation and storage. The high-top dining table for 6 can host all your dining activities as well as a spontaneous night of games.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin over twin bunkbed, and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance. Trailers are not permitted on the premises.

There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
