I can’t say enough good things about this place and its management team. I had an issue with a broken oven and they dropped off a huge toaster oven immediately. The property is clean and beautiful. There’s an outdoor space adjacent to the other property they have next door, so if you don’t mind shared outdoor spaces, it is lovely. If I owned a rental property in Charleston, I would definitely hire this property management company.

Seems to have been remodeled recently which made the rental more enjoyable as newer appliances and air conditioning work great. The location is quiet at night, close to shopping, and restaurants. We recommend this rental and will try to stay here again in the future.

This was a great house for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days of sightseeing and tours. The location was excellent and we were in walking distance of several restaurants, shops and King Street. We were really happy to have the off street parking after seeing how crowded and limited street parking is.

This was an excellent base for our three day stay in Charleston, an easy walk to fine dining and the historic sites of Charleston. It was a comfortable place to stay and the kitchen was well equipped. Rooms were fine, very nice bathrooms as well. Communication with property manager was great. Having off street parking was also very useful.

Great stay!

The house was adorable, and tidy, and a quick walk to King Street with shops and food along the way. Easy check-in/out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a quick girls weekend away.

Great location with plenty of space!

This was a great stay for our first time visit to Charleston! Perfect location that is super walkable yet quiet! House was cute and clean and communication was prompt and responsive overall.

Great Stay

This property was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Charelston. It was clean, walking distance to King Street & a short drive from many of the attractions (pineapple fountain, rainbow row, etc). The hosts were very responsive and the place was exactly as described. Would recommend!

Beautiful

Four couples spent a long weekend enjoying Charleston. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, clean, convenient to restaurants and walking to the historical area. We would stay here again.

Beautiful gem!

Booked it to celebrate daughter’s 16th birthday. Girls trip! House was beautiful and located close to everything we had planned! Comfy beds! Would definitely stay again!
