It's all about location with this charming Davis Shores home located on Anastasia Island 2 bed 2 bath cottage just a short walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions to everything historic, local shops, and some of St Augustine’s newest restaurants, without the inconvenience of finding parking. Walk or bike about 1.5 miles from this charming neighborhood to enjoy Historic Downtown, The Alligator Farm, Lightner Museum, Flagler College, Castillo de San Marcos, Saturday’s Farmers’ Market at the Amphitheater, or buy tickets ahead to big name concerts at the Amphitheater’s cozy venue. At night the Lighthouse sweeps across the sky but in the daytime you can climb to the top for a bird’s eye view of downtown and the beach. If you are aching to drop a hook, there are many fishing charters available at Conch House. At the beach pier, 3.5 miles way, there’s splash park for the kids, Wednesday’s Farmers’ Market, public parking, lots of delicious restaurants, and of course beautiful sandy beaches and even a little surf to catch. By car you can head north to Vilano Beach or south to Marineland. So much to do in this oldest city.

Located on a quiet street across from the intracoastal water way this private home has a upstairs master suite which offers a king-sized bed and a double Futon in a spacious room with balcony to watch sunsets. The downstairs has a queen-sized bed with a second full bathroom. All completely remodeled.

Complete kitchen including all stainless steel appliances range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, and fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes.
Washer and dryer for your use, so pack light.

This house met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in the majority of our meals. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed reading on the outdoor patio.

Great location and comfortable home

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week! The location was ideal to all the sites and on a beautiful street to bike ride and walk. The house was set up perfectly, with a cute backyard and a nice balcony we used to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to even make Thanksgiving dinner! Cute house and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back for another stay soon!

Perfect vacation location

Just across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine which was a 10 minute bike ride. Centrally located for many tourist attractions, short car ride (or bike) to Anastasia State Park and beach. House was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space in back yard was a plus. Owner was great.

Adorable house with liveable layout. Well landscaped backyard great for relaxing, bird watching and grilling. Neighborhood is great for biking with easy access to Anastasia park and the Alligator Farm. The Bridge of Lions is an easy 20 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this house and location.

Excellent Home

We have come to think of this as our home away from home. Our son lives in Jax, we live in mid-SC and we have stayed here several times. The quiet residential neighborhood so close to old St Augustine , convenient to shopping, dining. sight-seeing and major arteries to nearby communities just adds to this pet- friendly home.
