This room needs updating!! It doesn’t appear clean bc it is so outdated!! The beds were terribly uncomfortable!! We will never stay again at this condo!! The pool needs updating also!! The price was cheaper than most am now we know why!!!

Great place! Beautiful view!

We had a great time! It's close to everything and the view is amazing. Only complaint is they need a new mattress. Other then that everything was perfect!

Over all relaxing with a beautifull view.

Everything was great. Condo was perfect for the week. The balcony was my favorite spot to be when in the condo. The sounds of the ocean with the cooling breeze. Well let's say I took some good naps out there. So relaxing. Only problem we had was we cldnt get into the bottom storage to put our beach stuff in. Also the t.v. in master bedroom kept goin in and out of signal. Those things are so small in worrie that it took nothing from the great experience with my family. Thanks

Right front burner on stove didn’t work. Dresser in bedroom was missing left lower drawer pull (it’s in the drawer). Light bulb over kitchen bar out. Heat reading chair in corner, but no light. Said there was a DVD player-not. Shower head was brutal. No cutting board in kitchen. I couldn’t find the lint trap for the dryer, so I only did 1 load, because I was afraid of starting a fire. Otherwise nice unit. Will stay there again.

Very disappointed in stay

The pictures on VRBO did not match what this property looks like. It is poorly maintained, with the following issues: 1) Parking available for one car. Their solution for additional cars is to drive twenty minutes away and leave in a remote lot at their local property management office. This is not disclosed until the day before the stay starts 2) Hallway beds are cramped and really only for children 3) Bathroom is small/cramped. They call themselves Luxury Gulf Rentals - this was not luxury anything. 4) Screen door of the apartment was rusted and off its hinges and leaning against the door. Maintenance when notified just hauled it away - it looked terrible. 5) Light over the sink was missing and required maintenance 6) The Dryer in the apartment had never had the lint filter cleaned. It was a fire hazard, gross, and had enough lint for four sweaters. 7) The shades to the outdoor porch were individual slats with 8 missing (I took pictures) - this looked cheap, terribly maintained, and lead to two sleepless nights for me on the couch until maintenance was notified and replaced the entire thing with drapes that actually worked. 9) The internet was terrible. Not only could I not stream Netflix, at certain times it almost just shut down. 10) Lighting in the apartment is an issue. There is a chair in the living room and a chair in the bed room for someone to sit and read, but no floor lamp or table lamp for them to do this. It just came through as very poorly planned and even more poorly executed. Again, this was not luxury anything. The overall appearance of Emerald Skye is that it is not maintained well. The pictures on VRBO do not appropriately reflect this. These issues added together left a very poor perception of the experience provided by VRBO and Luxury Gulf Rentals. When on vacation the last thing we want is to be repairing things and waiting for maintenance people to fix what should have already been addressed. We were very disappointed in this stay and would not choose to stay with VRBO or Luxury Gulf Rentals in the future, nor would we recommend it to others. I will be documenting this on travel sites that I track. Judith & Robert Hussman

Loved it!!

We loved our stay at Emerald Skye. The only complaints we had was we only got two wash clothes for a family of five staying six nights so we had to go purchase wash clothes and the bedroom window needs a curtain to keep out the outside lights at night. The washing machine and dryer is very small and doesn’t hold many pieces at a time so I had to spend way more time on laundry than I wanted to on vacation. I would recommend this condo tho and would stay again.
