This is a very small condo development with 3 units in 2 buildings on a large lot. We are in a duplex building set back from the road. The placement of trees and shrubs provides privacy while outside. Once inside, you forget the party wall & have all the privacy of a single family house. suitable for families or up to 6 mature adults. The layout of the house isn't suitable for most children under 5 as there are 2 indoor stairways and a long exterior stairway leading down from the upper deck. However the bunk room, separate family room and large backyard make it perfect for older children and teens. There is plenty of storage area in back of house for bikes, surfboards, etc.

We are nearby and available for questions and advice on local activities and attractions. There are myriad activities for all tastes.

There is so much to do beyond the beaches. Boating, surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, horseback riding, cycling. Several golf courses and tennis courts nearby. There are two nearby refuges. Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge and The Norman Bird Sanctuary. Both have beautiful trails. There are polo matches, New England collegiate baseball, sailing regattas to watch. Outdoor concerts and films. Farmer’s markets. Wineries. Sightseeing - the mansions, Ocean Drive, Tennis Hall of Fame, Fort Adams State Park. Great restaurants at all price ranges. Interesting shops.
