This is the West Side of a huge oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two large living areas, spacious newly renovated kitchen and dining, huge front porch, and an extra large private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex.

There is an updated fully stocked kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new washing machine and dryer, new dining table and chairs, new living room furniture, new LVT floors downstairs. new full and queen mattresses. The pool has been completely redone - new bottom, new tiles, new surround. There is a second fridge in the storage room under the house.

FROM THE FIRST SATURDAY IN JUNE THROUGH AUGUST, WE ACCEPT ONLY WEEKLY BOOKINGS THAT RUN SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

From after Labor day to Memorial day (Sep-May) rentals require a two night minimum. Labor Day and Memorial day weekends require a three night minimum. OUR WEEKLY BOOKINGS DURING THIS PERIOD RUN SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

Wake up to the shushing sounds of the sea right outside your window. Walk to the end of the boardwalk, sit in the gazebo, and watch the neon sun break the horizon. Feast your eyes on the WIDE beach, the movement of the sea oats, the blue-green of the ocean. Another gorgeous day at Ocean Isle begins!

Large comfortable rooms afford plenty of space for people to gather for fun and fellowship, yet five bedrooms and five baths offer space for privacy as well. Upon arrival, you'll find the beds made with comfy linens and fluffy towels provided. A well-appointed kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook delicious meals. A commercial ice maker provides all the ice you'll need. The large dining table seats ten, and the counter stools add seating for six more. The spacious living area feels even larger with nine-foot ceilings. The views from the large front porch and second-floor deck are gorgeous.

Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on boogie boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-minute stroll away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach shops, restaurants, or the coastal museum? They are all within an easy ten-minute walk from this prime island location.

Ready for a dip in fresh water? This house offers one of the largest pools on the island with comfortable lounging chairs surrounding it.

Jump in your car and be off the island in five minutes for grocery shopping at Lowe's or Publix or Food Lion. Pick up fresh seafood and local produce to cook at the house. Nearby restaurants offer wonderful and tasty variety on those nights you don't want to cook.

Feeling the need to hit a little while ball? Numerous quality golf courses are within a fifteen-minute drive. Visit Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, each only 40 minutes away.

Not only does this location provide access to inspiring sunrises, the sunsets are equally beautiful. Sky colors are indescribable. As evening arrives, stay outside to drink in the amazing sight as sunset gradually gives over to millions of twinkling stars. TVs and puzzles and games provide night time entertainment. (On Friday nights in the summer stroll to the park beside the museum for a free concert featuring live bands and an area for dancing.) Or come inside to enjoy being together with those you love.
