DETAILS: 1900 Ninety Eight is Destin, Florida's first Gulf front condominium developed since 2007. Each exquisitely designed luxury residence features a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot deep balcony equipped with an electric grill. The open plan with clean, flowing lines invites beams of natural light inside through an expansive wall of windows. Interior design elements that include custom cabinetry, marble and quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances and porcelain stone floor tile makes this three bedroom, three bath residence truly incredible. With Gulf views from the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen you can't miss the unbeatable gorgeous setting. Amenities include a rooftop pool, spa, and state of the art fitness center, along with gated entry, heated and cooled elevator and lobby areas.

Even better in person than online! Great location. Really nice accommodations and the coded entry is slick. Private beach. Only negative is that extra beach chairs are 25 each or 60 for a set of 2 chairs and umbrella.

Family Vacation 2025

There were eight of us that flew here for our Family Vacation 2025 trip for our first time. We loved our stay here. ]This condo exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. All modern appliances that worked to included an oven. Breath taking views from the family and Master Bedroom to beach and surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and there are several restaurants nearby that we chose during our stay. Best place we have ever rented and truly worth it.

Incredible Condo!

We had an amazing time at this condo. The location is perfect, the private beach is a huge bonus, the condo is so well-stocked, you won't need to worry about preparing ANY kind of meal. Our family loved every aspect of this condo. Pictures do not do it full justice. We can't wait to visit Destin again and stay at 1900 98!

Excellent stay and beautiful condo

Great family vacation for our family of 9. Plenty of room. Condo was beautiful and unbelievable views. Would def stay there again.. We loved our stay. Only a few drawbacks. 1. Condo is sandwiched between two public beaches, so we had some “unsavory” characters in close proximity to our young children. 2. Parking was tight and only one space provided. Other parking was in front of the building. We have high end cars and leaving them in public beach parking was not optimal. 3. Would like water filter on fridge for water. We had to buy endless supply of drinking water on the beach. 4. Can’t use personal tents in on beach. Forced to rent umbrellas and chairs daily. None of these things would prevent us from staying again, just somethings to plan and be aware of..

Condo #902 was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The ocean views from the inside and on the balcony were spectacular! I can't say enough about the ocean views! The Condo was clean, tastefully decorated in each area, we had plenty of space for the five of us, the kitchen was well equipped and we had a great time cooking in it, and the balcony was spacious with great furniture for lounging and just sitting. Again, the ocean views were spectacular! We would love to come back and stay again next year. Also, thank you for providing the beach wheelchair, and a big thank you to Ethan who set up the chairs and umbrellas just right for us, and his help assisting us in getting one our guest to and from the beach in the wheelchair. This condo was top of the line in updates ; cleanliness . The views are spectacular! Conveniently located . The only negative is one parking place and the public parking always full due to public beach that joins . The section of our beach was not crowded and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Nathan the chair rental guy was the best ! Kept is comfortable and informed of any incoming weather ! A+ rating on our stay

Private and Relaxing

The property is very much in the middle of a very active area, but the limited number of units along with the private beach makes for an exclusive experience. The unit is as spacey as it appears in the photos which is unusual for rentals. It appears the developer had owners in mind rather than renters. We found the unit acceptably clean on our arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook or entertain. The balcony is particularly large with plenty of room for a group to gather comfortably. The rooftop pool/spa area is nice, especially for an evening swim and/or to watch the sunset. Altogether we were pleased with our stay, and will likely return.
