El primer piso tiene una gran sala de estar, comedor, cocina / sala familiar, biblioteca / oficina, terraza acristalada y 1/2 baño, puertas de vidrio que se abren a la gran terraza w ducha al aire libre y parrillas.
El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal en suite con cama king size y una habitación con baño privado Queen. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen una cama queen y un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Las dos habitaciones comparten un baño nuevo con ducha / bañera.
La casa está escondida con un amplio patio delantero y una terraza trasera privada y tranquila para relajarse o entretenerse.

La encantadora casa de 4 habitaciones y 3 1/2 baños ha sido renovada con buen gusto por un arquitecto / artista local.
La casa está llena de luz y una terraza soleada privada. La sala de estar y las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen pisos de madera noble renovados. La cocina blanca está totalmente equipada con un comedor adyacente. Las habitaciones ofrecen ropa de cama, edredones y almohadas, las toallas del baño acogedor. Cada detalle asegura al visitante una experiencia perfecta de Nantucket.

Wonderful Stay on Upper Main in Nantucket

Our family had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home on Main St. with everything you need for a great vacation in Nantucket with personal attention and historic touches. The location was terrific, just steps from the top of Downtown which made it super easy to visit all of the shops and restaurants. Our host made the process very easy and was always quick to respond to any questions. We made frequent use of the NRTA free shuttle to get to the beach and it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the bus depot. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to downtown, in a well appointed home with Nantucket charm.

Had an amazing visit over the 4th in amazing cozy Nantucket home. Beautiful artwork, peaceful vibe and super close to town. Georgeous home with great patio and outdoor shower that adds to the charm.

Every aspect of our stay was top notch. House was beautifully appointed and maintained with a nod to Nantucket history and architecture. Kitchen and baths were all well stocked. Fantastic location just a minutes walk to downtown while still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. Elle was fantastic and always available to assist with any questions or problems. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and a 2 year old. All in all a perfect home for vacation!

Nantucket weekend

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this home. We loved the short walk access to downtown. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Elle was easy to reach for questions.

Beyond Expectations

Beautiful home, amazing location!

Beautiful home with tons of Nantucket charm literally steps from Main Street and all the action. House has plenty of room, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Private outdoor space with table, chairs and lights was great for nights we had dinner in. Owner was great and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home, clean and spacious.

On the edge of town right on Main Street. We had a great time. Everything was close by. The house was clean and had plenty of room for eight people. Would definitely return.

Great fall stay!

We had a wonderful time at Elle’s house in Nantucket. The house is even nicer than described, and everything is super clean and comfortable.The location cannot be beat - a lovely quiet neighborhood steps from the center of town. Elle was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last minute because of a hurricane, and we are so glad it all worked out. We hope to visit again soon!

10/10 - Highly Recommend!

Our recent stay in Nantucket was a DREAM, and this property is a big reason why! The location is PERFECT and the layout worked so well for our family. There is enough space for folks to spread out but also to come together for family meals, game times, etc. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill and patio were a lovely way to extend the living space to the outdoors. All of the amazing artwork throughout the icing on the cake. Elle was a great host and we are already thinking about when we can come back. 10/10!

Week in July

My family and I had an amazing time staying here! We had 4 kids under 4 and even with that, the location was perfect and made it so easy for us to all be able to go into town, get ice cream, grab food. The enclosed back patio was perfect for breakfast and dinner (and even playing with the kids). The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were great. Lots of great space and such a great time. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Elle!

Perfect Location

My family stayed here for Christmas stroll weekend. The location of the property is amazing - less than a minute walk to all things “downtown” Nantucket has to offer. The house is warm and cozy and full of art. The linens were great and the pillows/beds were comfortable. There is a beautiful patio in the rear with and outdoor shower (we did not use for obvious reasons). We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Nantucket. Thank you Elle!

Fabulous Location and Property

We've stayed in many properties in Nantucket but this was the first time staying "in town". What a treat for us and our friends who joined us for their first trip to Nantucket. Weather was not great so to be able to walk around town and shop and dine whenever we wanted made our stay even more pleasurable. This house is lovely - we like to entertain so it was perfect for hosting 12 adults and 9 children on a rainy warm evening. Thanks to Elle our trip was a pleasure - the added bonus was her being an accomplished artist and designer making this home a beauty to view inside and out.

Perfect getaway

This rental is fabulous! We did 3 nights just to get away and relax with some friends. Perfect location at the top of Main Street. Walking distance to all the shops and delicious restaurants. Exactly where you want to be if being in town is your preference. The house is lovely, plenty of indoor space and a great outdoor living area. The owner was sweet and very accommodating. Can not recommend this rental enough. Loved it!

Great location

The house is in a great location and in beautiful shape. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in the island. Stayed for a long weekend with 8 friends and the house was large enough that we were not on top of each other. I would stay there again.
